I’ve been using this salon since 2015. The staff has always been very polite and friendly, but that doesn’t excuse the experience I had, which will be my last. I asked for extra long black stiletto nails, and after being treated like a hassle for the shape I wanted, two and a half hours later I never got it. I was also used to being charged 50-60 for a full set and they decided to charge me 80 for these and only said they would give me a refund if I let them chop them off. I work in the beauty industry and I am embarrassed to have gotten what I received.
I supported this nail salon for a long time. The one time I asked to have a broken nail repaired....both Sheila & her husband were very rude to me. They always talked about everyone in their language & their employees were just as bad. Each time I went in there to get my nails done..new employees were there & the ones from the month before were gone. I stopped going about 4 yrs ago. Best decision. There are tough times in our country now. There's no room to be rude to customers. I should have written this a long time ago. Good residence!! BTW..they're lucky I gave them one star. I was being generous.
1st. Open on Sundays!!
2nd. Walked-in (may not always be the case) and sat down.
3rd. Didnt feel rushed, she took her time. Roughly 40 minutes.
4th My nails don't get the best care, and they came out looking fantastic!!!
We had such a great experience. My tech gave me the best no-chip manicure I've ever had. It lasted over 3 weeks, without even one chip, despite my doing housework and gardening.
My last experience with this salon was very disappointing and days later I was not sure if I should personally walk back into the salon to express my feelings about how unnecessarily rude and rough the tech was handling me…. But for the greater good I will give a big ???????? for a review. This same tech was rude to my elderly mother in the past also… we thought maybe she was just having a bad day but unfortunately she has poor work ethic in customer services or just desensitized in their business reality. There are many other places for these services that are more welcoming for clients.
Got my nails done here 3 weeks ago, and they have stayed perfectly! They did a great job doing exactly what I showed them and my nail tech was very sweet. I would definitely recommend!
I come here every 3-4 weeks and I'm always impressed! It is very clean and welcoming and the nail artists are very talented. My Manicurist is the BEST!!!!
Absolutely love the intricate designs! I found a picture on Pinterest and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Very nice, welcoming, efficient. Will be back!
