Went with my friend this past Sunday and had an amazing experience. Despite us coming an hour before close (we had no idea sorry!) the staff was incredibly friendly and conversational. On top of everything our nails turned out amazing. This place is 35 mins out of my way but I definitely need to come back.
Did my nails on 12/17/22 and the service was exceptional! Alex is the best! Real professional and customer service friendly

Don’t bother getting a design last time the messed it up lines uneven this time the guy Nick didn’t even do the design I slowed him as you can see the whole top was supposed to be over and it’s all clipped. I wanted to give them one more chance will be taking my business elsewhere
I called on a Tuesday and scheduled a 5:45 p.m., Friday afternoon mani/pedi for myself and a kiddie mani/pedi for my then 6 year old who’d been begging to get her nails done for her 7th birthday. I received a call the following day (Wednesday) asking if we could instead come in at 6:00 p.m., which was no problem. My daughter was so excited to finally be getting her nails done, only to be left disappointed. I received another call on Friday, about 1.5 hours before our scheduled appointments to be told that they had a 10-person wedding party at the same time, and that we were actually double-booked for that slot. I was also told that they recently hired new staff and the person on the phone states that she didn’t understand how they even messed up the scheduling like that. Unfortunately, it was too late to schedule with another nail salon on a busy Friday evening. To be honest and fair, the receptionist was nice and did offer slots the next morning, but it was not feasible due to that conflicting with my daughter’s 7th birthday party. Mistakes happen and I’m happy for the bridal party, but it’s disappointing and interesting that this “error” wasn’t caught when I actually booked, or the day after when they called me to move our appointment times. It left no room to reasonably find other alternatives prior to her birthday party. I hope this can be used as a “lessons-learned” for process improvement. It’s not always a simple or convenient fix for the customer to reschedule the following day. My situation is minimal compared to someone who may have needed their nails done before a more significant event (e.g. travel, work, funeral, wedding, etc.). Also, it’s not good customer service to use new staff as the scapegoat for admitting errors, as 1.) we’ve all made mistakes, and 2.) it illustrates that seasoned staff and management are not doing their due diligence in properly training and timely checking to ensure mistakes are caught sooner.
I just want to say this place is one of the best around south Jersey, i went to them a lot while I was in high school moved away about 40 mins and tried other places but they just weren’t it. So now I travel about 40 mins to get service with deluxe and I do not regret it. Just make sure you make an appointment and paying with cash is cheaper. I really enjoy my pedicures I get from here. Again though make an appointment if not you could be waiting a long while on their busier days
I went in without an appointment and was seen right away. Although they were busy, Peter took his time to repair my broken nails from a gel manicure I received from somewhere else. I was really happy with the result and process since I thought it would be really painful but it was not at all. A+++ service!
Everyone that works here are nice and do their jobs well. I am always happy with my nails when they are done doing them. Best nail ever!!
Jenna was absolutely amazing, best pedicure I have EVER had. I am 9 months pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. HIGHLY recommend this salon, especially Jenna!! Thank you!
