This used to be my favorite nail salon until today! I wear acrylic nails and it was time for a new full set! I requested to soaked nails off because for some reason it hurts when they use a nail to pluck off the acrylic nail. The nail tech initially used a nail and got one nail off and proceeded to the next! She dug underneath the fake nail until I could bear no more! She now brings a bowl to soak my nails as I requested at first and now it feels like alcohol on an open wound! I stated that it burns and a nail tech stated you want nails off you have to soak! Thank God the burning from that one nail went away! As I’m soaking my nails 4/5 nail techs were all standing around laughing and speaking in their native language! I felt as if I was being talked about in my face! I felted disrespected! They kept switching nail techs
also (3) ! I was calm and wasn’t disrespectful but irritated because I had been soaking for at least 45min to an hr and they were not busy! This was a first for me and last! I am very disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave! I went for a full set and left with just a polish due to this experience! It was just very unprofessional and a first for me! I noticed as a customer left one tech said have a nice day but the same was not done for me! Very disappointed ☹️
Been coming here for years and am never disappointed in my nails! There is usually no wait and the nail techs have been very nice! I love how my nails came out at my most recent visit and the tech who did the nail art saved my reference photo and worked hard to recreate it. The results are so cute! I do recommend coming in early afternoon because the salon gets VERY busy. It’s very organized and the staff have you take a ticket so they can keep track of who has checked in first.
As I am new to the area I got recommendations before hand, as I have went to the same nail salon for over 8 years. However the last 2 times here Amy did an awesome job & I will be coming back to see her. She is very nice as well????
I used to love this place but the last time I went here I was so embarrassed by the unprofessionalism of one of the eldest ladies who work here. I am a heavy set woman and I usually get my feet done here. The other ladies who usually do my feet know how to tweak the seating so my feet are in a comfy position for them and me. I have a condition to where one of my legs are longer than the other. The elder lady for one had me so uncomfortable because of the way she set my chair and when I asked her to adjust she rolled her eyes and ignored me. When she was scrapping my feet she acted if my legs weighted a ton and if I wasn’t holding my legs up for her to make it easier she grunted and complained to where another customer spoke up for me because she was just making a spectacle as if she was doing it for laughs.prior to this incident I’ve had no issues they were always so respectful and kind but this day I didn’t experience that treatment. And after being made a spectacle of she’s acted as if I was going to run out without paying IVE BEEN HERE TWICE A MONTH FOR YEEEAAARRS. And I have NEVER EVER. Ran out. To my plus size ladies if the elder lady tell u to sit ask for someone else this has stopped from getting me feet done from anywhere else since It was so embarrassing.
The lady was on a phone call for a bit and kept looking at her phone and didn’t pay much attention to doing my nails. She did a “pay before I paint” which I’ve never experienced there or at any salon for that matter. Early on she said it was gonna be $20 for the regular polish and full set. But when she said I needed to pay before she paints suddenly the price changed to $40? So I paid. After I asked for a simple design which she said would be an extra $5 which I ended up giving to her. She finished painting the nails and it turned out HORRIBLE. she then had had me sit down to dry them and never came back to put oil on my cuticles which is normally what they do. This experience was the worst I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t recommend here at all nor even pay the price

I had a great experience here they did my nails great and they also did my toenails so I had a manicure and a pedicure done the only thing I wish that would have been different as if they would have tried to get my ingrown toenails out but other than that the service was great and the work that was done looks great
I did use their services until today. I will never go back there. The ladies doing my nails and feet, talked about me and the lady next to me. However, do they not realize people can put that in a translation app to know what they are saying. If they made a mistake not understanding or hearing what we wanted, but yet talk about you then get upset when they do not get a tip. Tips are given to good work and customer service. You can do good work but if you talk about the people who pay you for services. Not cool at all. Customer are the people keeping you in business.
It was my first time going and I liked the service! They were friendly and welcoming! I Love the guy who does nail designs! It was a nice relaxing treat for my daughter and I! We will be back for sure!!!
