I desperately needed my nails fixed as the last salon I went to absolutely ruined them. I called they took me in five minutes later and I had the most fabulous experience with Selina. She is meticulous in her work and she is amazing with designs. I walked out of there happier than I have been in a very long time with my nails. Clean salon and very friendly and most of all they listen to what you want done.
I tried their powder gel manicure (SNS) and it came out so beautiful and flawless! They used several coats to make it strong and said that it can last up to 4 weeks. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly, would highly recommend!
Disappointed customer whose first time experience was less than subpar. I went on Sunday thought less people leads to a good quality outcome but exact opposite.
First , I was assigned to a young man but wanted female and I requested a good quality layering with a noticeable pink nail polish color for French manicure.
He refused to layer the nail polish then stated less color is better . Aside from his rude nature, he kept stopping to attend to the door .He never once excused or explained that my time would be halted or apologize for stopping several times.I had places to go but of course I patiently went thru it. Only for this man to charge additional $3 more for clear gel top coat &promises that my French nail color would last longer with this application. This individual with no common sense decides to puts old gooey gel coating. He needs to be trained!!
I leave giving him a tip should have been less as i notice in my car air bubbles embedded with nail color . On Monday in 24 hrs I had chipped nail polish , no more French manicure!! Save your money go anywhere else professional .
This salon is conveniently close to where I live so I’ve been coming here for years. They are clean and staff is pretty friendly with fair prices. I do like the pedicures, since they’re a clean salon. After my last visit I will not return. Also Over the years of making appointments and still waiting 30+ Minutes to be seen, my mom being forgotten about whole soaking off her gel manicure and my last manicure. My nails were shaped poorly and after 4 hours there were a bunch of dots and air holes in the gel and the color changed. I called and was told to come in next morning, which I did and waited 30 mins past my appointment time. The gel top coat wouldn’t cure and the lady tried 2x then finally cured the 3rd time. They then expected me to pay full price again after multiple times explaining that my nails needed to be reshaped and redone because they came out terrible. I left and did NOT pay the 2nd time because that is ridiculous to pay twice for something that’s not my fault. Not coming back
The quality of this salon has decreased dramatically since new ownership. I got a gel pedicure for my vacation and the paint turned from pink to white. After initially accusing me of lying, he said that this happened because I was in the sand and ocean water. Meanwhile, this has never happened before. I (obviously) wanted to get a color change free of charge and he charged me 30$ after previously paying 50$ for the pedicure. I decided not to argue and to never return. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
New fave spot. Took me as a walk-in, pretty much last min. The gentleman did my full set of pink & white acrylics meticulously, not skipping a single step, even though it meant him staying more than a half hour past closing. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 25 yrs all over & even if this isn’t the prettiest or cleanest place, the job was done perfectly & the price was not crazy. Definitely will be coming back.
This place is the worst place ever.they cut my skin and made me bleed and all red.I will sue this place if this happens again! I have a very good lawyer that will be happy to be in this case I will be suing %99 of this businesses money. Good day actually no bad day.
The people are really nice there and they do a great job with your eyebrows pedicures and dip powder manicures but very on organized! You can have an appointment and you still have to wait. You call to see if there is a wait and they tell you know and say come in and you wait. That is the only downfall as they are an organized system they have. They need more help otherwise they do a great job and it’s very clean!
