Have been going to this Great Clips for years. In my experience stylists don't normally make these salons their career jobs. Some stay on longer than others. However, I have had a few great cuts from some of these newbies.
My last cut there, with a stylist I've never seen if the store. She spent quite a bit of time with me finding out the cut I wished to receive. The haircut was one of the best I've gotten there to date. So don't be apprehensive about not seeing "your regular stylists" - take the plunge with a new stylist, talk with them and more time than not you'll get a good cut.
I have a hard time finding a hairdresser that I like. Luckily Great Clips always has a good one available. Easy to book ahead of time and just walk in. The wait itself is never too long. Easy, inexpensive and quick.
I've gone to great clips in the past and didnt have a problem with my hair. Usually I have the same sylist that cuts my hair but couldnt get an appointment and resorted to going to great clips. Staff is friendly and there is little to no wait time. They get your hair done is a decent amount of time. I asked for layers and the girls did that on the right side of my hair but didn't bother with the right side. It'll grow back in no time but dissapointed it wasn't done better.
Experienced racial discrimination towards my nephews and their hair type. Stylist would not not even comb their hair before cutting and used the terms “matted” and “nappy” to describe their thick curls, as if they we’re animals and not children. Was met with no logical explanation or resolution to the problem when I addressed the issue with manager and employee. She didn’t even cut their hair how they asked because of the poor excuse of “the hair texture”
Wonderful staff and clean establishment and honestly I couldn't be happier with them. Applying online makes things faster if you are having a beautician day,but if you want a quick action kinda deal they are flexible too.
I've been going to this Great Clips for over 5 years for haircuts for my whole family. The stylists are very friendly and they do a great job. Most of the stylists have been there for quite some time and know my family all by name. I'm thankful for a place where I can get a good haircut quickly that is close to my home. Thanks Great Clips!
The young lady Desiree was very nice and pleasant and cut my hair very beautifully, she went above and beyond and she was great and I was happy to get this kind of service during covid I've had bad experiences the last couple of months with customer service keep up the good work Desiree and your great clips family Happy New year thank you
My hair was cut in a bob and made me feel years younger. Happy with the service. Because of being quarantined hair grew longer than it ever was. Masks were no problem.
