Terrible don’t waste your time and money I went and was highly disappointed Fatmi the owner did my hair after she finished it was horrible I cried for days it looked like a ten year old had did my hair I only gave it a one because I couldn’t give it a negative 10. She was in the phone most of the time she did my hair I got micro braids and it was hair sticking out my braids PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY I WILL NEVER GO BACK
This is the worst place I've ever been . I went in the bathroom to sneeze because I felt it would be rude to sneeze around every one . I didn't start sneezing till I came in this unclean place . Upon going to the restroom the owner started to talk about as if I didn't hear her . Besides the view I had seen I didn't want to give her 200 an she was asking me to leave not knowing that was my plan anyway. I have never felt racist from someone that was the same color as myself. But I would never ever come back in fact I don't ever want to be labeled as a African American. I'm not a part of African she was rude an nasty person . She needs to be reported to the better business bureau. But I'm great full I left I ran in a young lady that does better work that this ugly personality having woman. I only added a star to rate this place .
Beware!!! The owner of this establishment is very rude!!! She will do a terrible job on your hair and then tell you she can’t help you any further I advise anybody not to use Fatima
My hair was too tight and I could have done my own braids for what she done. The owner is the only one I trust to do my hair bc she take her time to get it right
Ms. Fatima did my box braids on 6/19 and I was a walk in. She was professional and nice. She did my hair without a break and I am very pleased. I will visit her place of business again. We must continue to support our own!
I need to add I did go back and the Manager did a excellent job. We actually became the best of friends so I would like apologize for over reacting and being so Sensitive. But actually really did a Awesome job on my hair the last several times I went back. I have to be truthful when its dealing with someone lively hood.
