I don’t normally do this but I would not recommend this nail place to anyone. I told the male I wanted the shape to be square- round, he did NOT do that whatsoever. I kept telling him to make them not as thick and to make them even, he kept saying he would do it and never did. My nails were not even, he was shaping them for almost an hour. I was even talking to a guy named Tony to tell the male who was doing my nails to shape them the way I wanted. He didn’t. I also told him to do French he didn’t even know how to do that. Before I left I told him can you please shape them, they are all uneven they said they couldn’t. I paid them and called them saying that I wanted my refund back. I spoke to Tony the most disrespectful person I had ever have to deal with. He said that it was my fault?! How is it my fault if I kept telling the male who was doing my nails and tony himself to tell him to shape them correctly and not make them as thick . Tony kept telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that it was my fault. They are very disrespectful. I would absolutely NOT recommend.
Liam Nails & Spa is my go-to spot for gel polish! The technician who did my nails was a true expert and made sure that the application was flawless. I love that they have a huge variety of colors to choose from, so I can always find the perfect shade. The salon is clean and modern, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! Ever!!!! They charged me 50 for my two year old to get her nails polished then said they card fee is 17 dollars. LADIES DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!! Way too pricy especially for a toddler. Of course I paid it cause I didn’t have time for drama or arguing. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. LISTEN TO ME .
Never go here. They make it seem like gel is included in the full set cause they MAKE you pick a color then they charge you extra for it which is 10$ More Which LITERALLY THE PRICE OF A ENTIRE BOTTLE OF GEL POLISH. then basically act like they don’t know what your saying so they don’t have to explain sh!t to you
Overall level of professionalism is trash! They talk to you any kind of way, very rude and arrogant. If you’re not spending $100 or more they really don’t care to service you. They barely speak when coming into the establishment. And then it’s the wanna respond to every review justifying their terrible level of customer service, everyone isn’t making up bad experiences from your establishment. It’s you’ll, you’re the problem providing TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to the very people that’s keeping your business afloat. Do better. Go elsewhere where you are appreciated for spending your hard earned cash, we deserve better.
This place is dirty they charged me $100 for nails that are not finished have not been finished have not been shaped they are rude and disrespectful trash nail salon do not recommend
I received service on Sunday and one nail popped right off on Thursday went back and they repaired it. The next two days two more popped off. I will not be going back the quality of product is not good. Very disappointed which I was charged 70 dollars for I feel ripped off!
I would be extremely careful with this nail salon. I found Tony on instagram and used him 3 times. With each nail appointment my polish chipped within 2 days. When I asked him about it he explained with the following response, “because you paint on gouache. because the paint on the powder it doesn't merge. If you want polish, you should make regular gel powder. and I don't do regular painting when I make an appointment. and all paint is quality.” A direct quote from our messages on instagram, and please keep in mind the products he used were of his choosing. I got my nails done one more time and he took the disrespect to far when he put an image of a tea cup on my finger that looked like a blob. Asking individuals for $90 to $100 each nail appointment for low quality nail art done with low quality products RECOMMENDED BY THE NAIL TECH is immoral and says a lot about a business. Women have been getting their nails done for many generations now and it’s always been known that polish lasts longer on synthetic nails. I have since found a new nail tech, and guess what?! MY POLISH DOESN'T CHIP & the nail art is top tier! They also do horrible pedicures, you will leave in need of another one.
