Quick Facts About First Nails

First Nails Place has several strengths that can be identified from the comments. One positive aspect of the salon is their ability to accommodate customers by offering same-day appointments. This is particularly notable considering that many nail salons have long waiting lists or limited availability. Additionally, the salon is praised for its attention to detail and the time they take to provide quality service. This can be seen in the comment where they mention that the salon goes into detail and takes the time to do the work thoroughly. This attention to detail can provide customers with a satisfying and well-executed nail service.
Another strength mentioned by a loyal customer is the longevity of the salon. This customer mentions that they have been going to First Nails Place for years and express their hope to continue going there for many more years. This indicates that the salon has established a loyal customer base, which speaks to the quality of their services over an extended period of time.
However, First Nails Place also has some significant weaknesses pointed out in the comments. One recurring issue is the rudeness exhibited by the salon staff. In one instance, a customer was turned away when they expressed interest in getting a full set of nails. This lack of customer service and dismissive behavior is likely to deter potential customers from choosing First Nails Place. Similarly, another customer describes their experience with an aggressive and harsh cuticle trimming during a pedicure. This kind of treatment, accompanied by a lack of apology, can leave customers feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable.
Another downfall mentioned in the comments is the decline in the salon's overall quality and treatment of long-time customers. One customer mentions that the salon used to be the best in town but has gone downhill, particularly in terms of how they treat loyal customers. This suggests a lack of consistency and indicates that the salon may not have maintained the same level of service over time.
Additionally, there are incidents where the salon demonstrates poor management and decision-making. For example, a customer shares their experience of being asked to get out of their chair for another customer who arrived late with an appointment. This shows a lack of consideration for the customers' time and suggests a disorganized booking system. Such incidents can lead to frustration and result in negative experiences for customers.
In conclusion, while First Nails Place exhibits strengths such as same-day appointments, attention to detail, and a loyal customer base, they also suffer from weaknesses such as rudeness, declining quality, poor management, and inconsistent treatment of customers. As a result, it is crucial for the salon to address and improve these weaknesses in order to maintain and attract a satisfied customer base.

Best TL Reviews

First time trying a new nail salon and the lady who greeted us asked what we wanted we said full sets. The lady told me and my sister “not now come back lady” . We left and went somewhere else.
This place is ridiculous I was visiting from out of town and needed a fill so I called them got there everything looked good til the lady started rushing then tore 2 of my fingers up with the machine then I let that go then she put the wrong blue on my nails, I went from stiletto style to almond without my choice ...I was already mad because my fingers were bleeding, get to the end to pay and she charged me $51.00 for a fill? ???? I been getting my nails done for years all different places all over the states and never ever have I paid that much for a fill ...do not go there they are horrible and rude
Called & was able to get an appointment for my daughters on the same day I called. Will definitely go back again.
Sweet works and a great service. They really go into detail and take time to do the work. Plus they get all the hangnails and ask if any spots bother you and will trim those as well. 10/10♥️
Used to be the best salon in town. Definitely has gone down hill especially in regards to how they treat clientele that's been going to them for years.
I came here and asked for a full set; I told them I didn't have an appointment. They told me no problem, they had time to do my nails and asked me to pick my color, and sat me down at a station. A few minutes later they asked me if I had an appointment; I said no. They asked me if I would get out of my chair because someone who had an appointment showed up late. I said "I'd rather not, you already sat me down". The tech looked at me like she wasn't comprehending my words. Finally I said I'll just leave. Who sits someone down in a chair to do their nails and tells them to get up for someone else?! What kind of business is this?? I would give zero stars if I could. SO RUDE!!!
I love first nails I have been going there for years. I hope too go for many years to come.
Took my 2 teenagers and myself for a Pedicure, we had an appt that we had had scheduled for 2 weeks.
They hurried and rushed and seemingly tried to get us in and out as fast as possible. So disappointed, plus they were aggressive and harsh with their cuticle trimming and the pumice stone. I was bleeding in 2 different places and they saw it and stopped the bleeding but didn't even apologize - and my one daughter was also uncomfortable during cuticle trimming. Such a bummer, we paid a pretty penny and we were not able to enjoy it at all. We have had pedis many other places and have never had an experience like this before. Very disappointed
