Quick Facts About Lucky Nails
Lucky Nails Place, based on the comments provided, possesses a mix of strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident that Lucky Nails Place has talented technicians, particularly Rachel, Snow, Chichi, and the Cuban ladies, who have received positive feedback for their work. Customers have praised their skill in nail design and their ability to create beautiful and flawless nails. Additionally, the atmosphere of the salon is described as pleasant, which contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable experience for customers.
Another strength highlighted in the comments is the COVID-19 safety precautions implemented by Snow, the owner, and her staff. Customers appreciate the punctuality, assertiveness, and thoroughness demonstrated to ensure a safe environment. This commitment to providing a safe and hygienic salon experience is commendable, especially during the ongoing pandemic.
Now, turning to the weaknesses of Lucky Nails Place, the most frequently mentioned issue is the poor customer service provided by specific technicians. One comment describes a man who was rude and disrespectful, resulting in a negative experience for the customer. Another complaint mentions an old lady who did a subpar job on a pedicure and eyebrows. These instances of unprofessionalism and mistreatment reflect a weakness in the salon's ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
Furthermore, there is one comment that narrates an incident with a nail technician who exhibited unprofessional behavior by refusing to fulfill a customer's request and even publicly humiliating them. This incident resulted in a highly negative experience for the customer and showcases a severe lack of professionalism and customer care.
In terms of pricing, one comment notes that the pricing at Lucky Nails Place is fair, suggesting that the salon offers competitive pricing for the services provided. However, it is worth mentioning that the same comment mentions that the manager had to step in to do the customer's nails after the initial technician refused, which led to a longer appointment time. This could indicate that the salon may face challenges in managing its workforce during peak hours, potentially resulting in longer wait times or delays.
Based on the comments, it is clear that the overall customer satisfaction with Lucky Nails Place is polarized. While some customers had positive experiences and praised specific technicians' work and the COVID-19 safety measures, others faced issues with rude and unprofessional staff. These weaknesses in customer service and the incident of public humiliation by a technician could significantly impact the overall reputation of the salon. Improving these areas should be a priority for Lucky Nails Place to ensure consistent positive experiences for all customers.

The man was very rude I had shown a picture of what I want he grabbed my phone and said forget about it then when it's time to dry my gel nail polish he took my hand in a certain way that I can't even explain.
For my pedicure and my eyebrows the old lady did them that was a big waste of time for my $107 plus $5tip I can't go nowhere with those messy things. If you have to go there please avoid the man and the old lady because the Cubans ladies are well mannered and professionally served.
Definitely I would like to get there for nothing.
The two techs that did my nails Rachel and snow were great and the atmosphere was really pleasant to be in, plus my nails turned out beautiful!
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel. She did an an amazing job on my nails.
I haven’t had a pedicure in a while due to a problem I have been having with both my big toes on each foot. I am having a party on Saturday so I decided to finally get a pedicure. I have been going to Lucky Nails for years. When I went today I had Rachael. I cannot believe what she did for me. She did such an AMAZING job. My daughters were shocked. My toes came out beautiful. I highly recommend Rachael. You will not be disappointed. She is a true artist and you can tell that she takes pride in what she does.
Chichi and Snow took the best care of me. Everyone here was so sweet and my eyebrows / mani / pedi are flawless. Glad to have such lovely people to come to.
Snow the owner takes every precaution COVID related to ensure her nail spa is safe for customers. She is very punctual, assertive, and thorough. Her staff follows the same ... I was very happy with the outcome and the pricing is very fair. When I visit again, I’ll be sure to come back !
After this quarantine, my feet needed help. My bff & I found this place and made an appt. They had safety precautions before entering the salon & more while with in. They we’re very attentive and got the job done.
I occasionally go to this nail salon but haven't due to an incident a few years back when a worker yelled at me. I have been going lately, and my last visit was 1/8/22. My appointment was at 3:30pm, I went in to get a gel pedicure and nexgen on my fingers. The pedicure went great, however the gentleman who was supposed to do my nails was very unprofessional and rude. Prior to him doing my hands, I told him I need my nails really short due to being a nurse and a musician. He told me he understands and said he could do it for me. So he's doing my nails and I told him if he can cut the tip a little shorter (mind you, I know nail techs can do short nails because I've had it done before perfectly). After I told him to cut the tips a little shorter, he gets upset and states he will not do my nails. He said that I complain too much and that he is lazy, he doesn't do all of that (cutting nails short). He got up and went to the back and kept saying he will not do my nails. Mind you, this is in front of everyone. Not only was I humiliated, but I was disgusted by his lack of professionalism. The manager offered to do my nails, but she had two other people to do. I ended up telling him he was very unprofessional, paying for my pedicure, and leaving. Mind you, I still had the tips on my nails. He didn't at least take them off. I ended up going to a nail salon called Color Nails on Lake Worth, one I used to go to, and they did my nails PERFECTLY. No issues. No humiliation. I would never tell anyone to go to lucky nails because any time you try to tell them how you want your nails done, its like you're being difficult. Both my mother and I used to go there, however she will be returning, nor will I. What should have been a two hour max appointment, ended up taking five hours to do. Save yourself the visit.
