Absolutely the worst fill I've ever had. It only took her 20 minutes for the entire fill and polish.. My nails are not straight, I have parts of my natural nail that has no acrylic, I have polish and acrylic all over my skin. It literally looks like a 5 year old did my nails. $52 was to much. Shouldn't have been more than $5.
Paid 100.00 for long nails that appeared to be fun by a beginner! The tips were not applied properly not did she use the right size because almist all of them had gaps in the center, she didn't do any cuticle work (pushing cuticles or cutting/trimming cuticles) she headed strait for e-file. I had to remind her to apply dehydrator and primer that was sitting RIGHT THERE BETWEEN US! AND SHE STILL didn't use dehydrator?!?!?! After application I asked her to reshape a nail because it was wider than the equator! She took it half way to where it should have been. smh. Didn't use base coat, applied the gel polish way to thick to where wen I removed it there was wet gel under top layer. The nails final look was lumpy and bumpy. Not worth the hundred I paid. Had they been dun properly I would have HAPPILY paid 120.00 WITH 20.00 tip. Cause I know I'm a Diva, I'll pay for good service or not return! Guess I'll try somewhere else next time. Maybe record it...
The nails looked nice and they got them done fast my issue is they didn't ask if I wanted gel polish or regular he just automatically gave me gel and then charged me an additional $21 dollars for it. NEVER GO HERE THEY RIP YOU OFF!
I was a walk in. Q was warm and welcoming. I felt so comfortable there! She did such a beautiful job on my nails. Super sweet lady and her staff was awesome as well. So very glad I stopped in her salon!!
I went with a friend to get a manicure. We had appointments. Lady called 5 minutes before appointment to make sure we were coming and we still had to wait for service. My friend was halfway through her pedicure when I got to start my manicure. 3 ladies came in shortly after that and woman said they would be right with them. She them rushed and finished my manicure. I polish was lumpy and some already fell off. I paid $45 for gel polish. No drink was offered and no hand massage. I didnt get fake nails. I can't imagine how much more expensive that would have been. Very disappointing for the price.
Went in with my girlfriend and my daughter's so they could all get pedicures. They sat for about 15 minutes before another couple came in and signed up for pedicures, so they waited in the lobby. The second couple comes in and tells the employee they want to sign up for 2 pedicures. And they sign the form after my girlfriend. They are told to the wait is about 15 minutes. The employee then takes that couple before my family. When asked why they said the couple already had an appointment. We watched them sign in and tell them what they wanted after us and the company flat out lied to our face and refused to help us without calling ahead 3 hours in advance. Their card specifically says "no appointments needed." Horrible service and zero resolution.
DO NOT GO HERE. place is horrendous. I went once for a Mani pedi and after that turned out thick, uneven, and sub par, that should have been the hint.
Unfortunately I went back today for a gel manicure and I couldn't even make it through the service. She sliced my cuticle to where it was bleeding... Then wasn't even going to file my nails until I asked (left them jagged and unevenly cut and was going to just go ahead and paint!).
I ended up saying I didn't want the service after all. They charged me $16 for essentially just taking off the polish from before, cutting me, and then acting rude.
The lady didn't listen to a single thing I wanted, worst service I've ever received from a nail salon in the 8 years I've been getting my nails done.. I spent $54 NOT EVEN two weeks ago and I already went back once for repairs and I as of today officially don't have a single acrylic left on. My best friend went with me, same thing. Nails just fall off. I've never had so many issues and especially not when paying THAT much money. I'd rather drive to Canton or Akron!
