The techs there are friendly. However, they did poor jobs on both my daughter's nails and mine bc they were too worried about getting out for the night. I had called before hand with exactly what we were looking for. We arrived when we said we would, but apparently they did not give themselves enough time. My nails do not match and the color for the tips is see through in some parts and blotchy. They were not able to do a simple bull's eye design either. I didn't notice until after I left, so that's on me, but now that I have had the chance to truly look at the work, it is extremely sub par. We will not be going back again.
Went in for a pedicure and after a short wait was seated and had my toes done. I love the way they turned out. Staff was friendly and the salon was very clean and bright.

My coffee shop girls told me about this place. Thought I would give it a try. You know what? Think I found my new nail place. She did them fast and awesome and never hurt me. Happy happy. Also first time getting Pink.
The second time I went here with a scheduled appointment. She still was busy and ripped off the rest of my broken nail painfully and was back and forth between me and another client and then did my new nail fast and sloppy and was not straight at all and honestly I'm disappointed. When I was trying to tell her she just ignored and kept doing her own thing and then pushed me out the door. Not coming back.
Underwhelming experience overall. The place was clean and tidy, employees prompt and polite. However, NOT quality work. Semi-Standard pedi, but next to no heel scrub or leg/foot massage. (Which is pretty much the whole reason I went!) There is no rhyme or reason to the toe nail trim, some rounded, some very square and most quite sideways. Manicure included: file, buff, cuticle trim and polish. THAT WAS IT. I would not have paid $15 for the service had I known, especially when I have to clean it up at home. It didn't seem rushed, just the bare minimum or less. No base coat on either one and I expect it will chip quickly. Including dry time I was in and out in less than an hour and services were not done at the same time. I will maybe give it another try but definitely get a different tech, as I noticed other people having what appeared to be more thorough services.
I got gel for pedi and regular for mani. The pedi was unequal amount of gel, and the mani was chipped by the time I got home :( super sad. The 2 women where nice tho
I have come here many times for a convenient but “okay” pedicure (not great, but not terrible)
Today I did a gel pedicure and a manicure without polish. The lady rushed through the manicure chopping my nice natural nails down past the quick. My fingers hurt because of how low they were cut. My nails are jagged, uneven, and look terrible.
I’m never impressed by their service, but find myself going back because it’s close to home. After this most recent experience I will not be going back again. Very disappointed.
Wow! Never had a rougher, rushed or ruder nail salon experience before. Would not recommend this place at all. Many other such businesses in Spokane where they are friendly, give a relaxing pedicure and say thank you after you pay and tip.
