The lady who answered the phone just now at 10:24 am this morning was extremely rude. I asked her questions about the hair she carried and when I asked the price, she said she can't give the price and hung up in my face. Very nasty attitudes here. Do notttt go. A customer service class would be of a great help to her.
Very helpful young lady at the front register. even though they were busy she was still very kind to help assess myself and my sister for finding the right hair brand that we need it. She even helped us find a perfect edge control
They had everything that I needed plus more! The customer service was awesome and they didn't follow me around like I was a thief. I purchased braiding hair for my daughter and some other small things. I gotta keep my curls poppin and this will be my go to spot for my hair needs and other stuff.????
This place has theeeee worst customer service wish they had a 0 stars button. I'd rate this place minus 3 stars. Went in yesterday and the lady tried to keep my bag of items I had just purchased wish there were more supply stores around to choose from

I bought this silky bonnet on march 2nd, 2022. I didn’t open it that day because I expected it to be the product on the outside of the box. I opened it on the 3rd and when I pulled it out the box it had a really bad smell like must or sweat. Also it was not the bonnet on the outside of the box. I decided to try and take it back to exchange it the next day( the 4th) because it says on the receipt that you can exchange things up to 7 days after. So when I go to exchange it, one of the men I talked to said he can’t exchange it because their store policy says that you only have a day to exchange it and I wasn’t told that when I bought it. He offered no help at all and just kept saying it’s their policy and shrugging his shoulders. I don’t recommend buying any thing from here that you can’t see through because it might be false advertisement and I encourage everyone who does buy something from here to open it in the store first before you buy it! All pictures of proof are included.
I don’t know we’re to start….my fiancé and our son went to this store yesterday and when we walked in we were not greeted at all by anyone.We were watched like hawks as if we were going to steal something(which we wouldn’t) ,We kept being followed by the staff as if we were up to something.just a really weird vibe and chills up and down your spine feeling.
