Usually, when I go I never have any issues with my nails but this last time was horrible my nails broke before I even had them on for a week they were chipping my polish was cracking.

This was my second time going to Forum and just like last time, they did a very poor job. I really didn’t wanna go but it was a last minute thing. This time I switched nail techs thinking I was going to get a different results but I was wrong. I get medium long coffin shape and this set is absolutely awful. Extremely atrocious and I can’t wait to take them off. Two of my nails are crooked; my pinky on my right hand and my ring finger on my left hand. They are bumpy and my gel is uneven. They lack creativity and have VERY LIMITED new age options. However the customer service was decent but the quality of their work is probably why I could walk-in on a Friday after 5 PM and be immediately serviced. Millennial women don’t come here, you’ll leave disappointed.
I came to this place thinking I could get a decent mani/pedi, and look at the turn out of my hands. I could have done this at home. It's frustrating how they treat their male customers. Never again will I come to this nail salon.

I love this place. The deluxe pedicure is so worth the price. Everyone is friendly and they do good work. I won't go anywhere else anymore.

Kim did my manicure. She barely spoke to me and quickly and efficiently did my pedicure, but was not that welcoming. Van did my manicure and she was very pleasant and we chatted while she worked on my nails. She took extra time to make sure that there was no extra polish around my nails and explained how long to wait to make sure that I did not mess up my pedicure by putting my shoes back on. She also did a good job on my manicure.
I wanted a same day appointment and they took me in. Didn’t charge me some nails that I had to take off, juts my manicure. Really took their time doing my nails and I love them! This place is recommended
