This was the first time for me to use this salon. The woman doing my nails was very friendly, however, all of the others working there did not even say hello. After she finished my nails and I left, I noticed the thumb on my left had had a very rough texture and was very dull compared to the other nails. After paying $55.00 I would like all ten of my nails to look good rather than nine. Next time I will go somewhere else. Also, after reading the replies to some of the reviews shown here, it appears that whoever is responding does not take criticism at all. Apparently, they do not accept responsibility of anything that goes wrong. Anyone occasionally makes mistakes, but as a business owner it is your responsibility to try to correct this whenever possible instead of the type of responses I have read here.

UPDATE: I went back and had the nail fixed. This time everyone was very friendly and they did a good job on repairing my nail.

I’ve been going here the last few years and have yet to get the same color twice. They always get me right and it’s great to consistently have great customer service somewhere.

Nice and helpful folks. My wife and I tried to get her a pedicure at 12 other places and because of my wife being disabled and in a wheelchair, they were unable to provide her with the foot care she needed. The wonderful people there were the best folks I've ever met. I couldn't tell you any more than: You won't be sorry about going to BLING BLING!

I have used this nail salon off and on since 2018. I went three weeks ago for a gel manicure and the girl did a great job.

I went back this past Wednesday and the girl did the worst job. My nails looked like a 3 year old painted them. After two days the polish was starting to peel and I could see the white of my nails through the nail polish.

I went back in to have them repaint my nails and was basically told that it was my fault for picking a light nail polish color. I have never had my nails painted a light color at a salon and had my real nails show through.

So I left because I refuse to deal with poor customer service.
