Very friendly staff and they did a great job! I went on for a gel manicure. I had recently cut some of my thumb nail in the kitchen and she was able to fix it! Not big on getting my nails done so it was my first time here and I will definitely be back!
My daughter went there about an hour ago and had the worst service of her LIFE! She walked in thinking she was going to have a normal experience and it was the exact opposite. She sat down in the chair knowing what she wanted, spoke to the tech about this, and made it very clear with a picture that she wanted tapered square acrylic with black french tips. He proceeded and she noticed that something was wrong so she spoke up about it to which he decided he would argue with her that he was correct and she wasn’t. Again, she defended herself and tried to get what she was paying for and he still did it wrong. He argued with her again after that and she felt so defeated that she let him finish. Then she paid including a tip even after the atrocities on her hands. She came home crying, she will never go here again, and I advise you all not to go here either. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
I really loved this spa!! I didn't have time to make an appointment but I didn't have to wait long. I was able to choose my nail polish color and got seated. My nails were done good and they look great!
I was really impressed by this salon! Everything was so clean and all the staff was extremely friendly. After having a specific color in mind they were able to help me find the exact one I wanted and my nails have never looked better!
I had a great experience. I love my nails. Quick and nice atmosphere, my nail tech took his time, along with any minor adjustments that made my nails look sleek and smooth. Definitely coming back!
I never felt pain when they are doing the manicure. They are so careful with my hands and always ask me I am still comfortable or not. I will absolutely come back and become regular here. They deserve a five star for this kind of review.
