Quick Facts About French Nail
French Nail Place, as indicated by the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. To understand them more effectively, let's break them down:
Strengths:
1. Good Design Execution: One customer mentioned that the nail technician did an excellent job capturing the design they provided. This suggests that the salon has skilled professionals who can deliver on customers' design preferences.
2. Clean Establishment: Multiple comments highlight the cleanliness of French Nail Place. Acrylic dividers between each chair, mask-wearing, and temperature checks upon arrival demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment. Additionally, the use of sterilized equipment and liners is a positive aspect that ensures customer safety.
3. Reasonable Pricing: The salon is praised for its reasonable pricing. Customers appreciate the affordability, especially when compared to other salons in the area. This factor attracts those looking for cost-effective services without compromising quality.
4. Attention to Customer Comfort: French Nail Place seems to prioritize customer comfort. They take the time and effort to ensure customers feel cared for and treated personally. Efforts to make customers comfortable and happy are appreciated by clients and result in positive experiences.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistency in Nail Shape: One customer mentioned dissatisfaction with the shape of their nails, mentioning that they appeared bulky and poorly executed. This indicates that there may be inconsistencies in the skill level of the technicians, as the particular nail technician may have rushed the service.
2. Price Discrepancies: There were complaints about unexpected charges and confusion over billing. One customer received a higher bill than expected due to an additional charge for nail polish. This suggests a lack of transparency in their pricing structure, which can be frustrating for customers seeking clarity and affordability.
3. Poor Pedicure Experience: A review pointed out a negative experience with a pedicure. The technician did not perform necessary tasks such as clipping cuticles and scrubbing calluses. Additionally, the customer was dissatisfied with the foot and leg massage. This suggests a lack of attention to detail and poor execution of basic pedicure procedures.
4. Language Barrier: Although one customer appreciated their attempt, another mentioned that the nail technician did not speak fluent English. While effort is commendable, clear communication is crucial in the nail salon industry to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of preferences.
To address these weaknesses, French Nail Place should consider the following actions:
1. Consistent Nail Shaping: Implementing training programs or quality assurance measures can ensure consistent nail shaping, avoiding dissatisfaction with bulky or poorly shaped nails.
2. Transparent Pricing: French Nail Place should clearly communicate their pricing structure, including any additional charges, to avoid confusion and customer dissatisfaction.
3. Training for Pedicure Procedures: Providing proper training to staff on pedicure procedures, including cuticle clipping, callus removal, and massages, will improve the overall quality of the service.
4. Language Training: Offering language training to nail technicians will enhance the communication experience and ensure a better understanding of customers' preferences and needs.
By addressing these weaknesses, French Nail Place can build upon its strengths, such as design execution, cleanliness, and reasonable pricing, to provide consistently satisfying experiences for their customers.
Best TL Reviews
She did really good capturing the design I provided, but the shape of my Nails are horrible, too bulky she seemed to be in a hurry, I got charged alot. Luckily I'll be getting them re done elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend this place
Great service the nails look better in person and the establishment is very clean. Deborah gave me everything I asked for. However I will say it’s a little pricy, it was $93 for a pedi & fill shellac with design which is the most I have ever paid on nails. But they did do great work so I will go back, but as a special treat.
Got a pedicure. They are clean, use liners in the bowl but don't sanitize the bowls or jets (so the liner is pointless).... I literally got the worst pedicure I've ever had! They didn't clip ANY cuticles, my nails were clipped and were jagged and uneven, she didn't scrub my calluses... It took her maybe 15 mins. If that. Then they charged me $30. I gave her $40 and asked for change... she gave me $5 back... I questioned it, and she gave me another $5.... I could've soaked my feet, clipped my toenails and removed my shellac myself and had a better outcome.... the sugar scrub was nice, but again, I can do that myself.... Super irritated I just wasted my time and money...
I love coming to French Nails! They take the time and effort to make your feet look and FEEL good. You feel cared for and are treated personally.
Ask for Michelle, she is friendly, attentive and careful.
Pricing is very reasonable.
The good side.....
Acrylic dividers between each chair and between you and the person doing the pedicure. Everyone is required to wear a mask and they take your temperature when you arrive. All equipment is sterilized and sealed between customers. The place is very clean. I appreciate all their COVID precautions! The technician did a good job on my pedicure.
The bad side.....
I got an upgrade to a $40 pedicure. When I got the bill, it was for $50!!! They charged me an extra $10 for the nail polish! The pedicure was NOT worth $50! And she did it a poor job on my foot and leg massage.
Just got done getting my nails done and love the service! I had an old set of acrylics on that they PAINLESSLY removed! I'm very impressed! They manicured my nails and waxed my brows as well and did an exceptional job! The gal who helped me didn't speak the best English but made a solid attempt to hold a conversation, even asking about how my husband and I met and complimenting my rings. Will continue to go back! Very reasonable pricing and very fast! Took them 37 minutes to do everything! Keep up the good work, you've got a new regular!
This is one of those “hole in the wall” nail salons in marysville! They take there time and all treat you so well. Always checking to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. They have the cleanest salon out of anyone in marysville area! They have good prices for what you get. I’ve spent the same price at many salons in the area with leaving in disappointment and that’s nothing I’ve ever felt here. Recommend to everyone!
I went to a different place and the price for a very basic spa-pedicure was insane. I was on a mission to find a place with more realistic prices for a ultra basic spa-pedicure. Then I was told about the French Nail so I thought I'd try it. I was beyond pleased! It was super clean, they had a variety of options, and at much more reasonable prices than the other places. I will definitely be a regular at French Nail!
