DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!! Would give 0 stars or even negative stars if I could. They FRIED MY HAIR OFF and my hair was literally falling out in clumps on the floor. My hair was a beautiful bright blonde when I came in and I asked for a simple routine root-touch up. I was very specific about what I wanted and was about to walk out from the beginning because I wasn’t sure about the service, but the manager said to trust them that they could do it. I should have walked out. My hair came out a dull dark GRAY and I lost more than 50% of my hair volume because they burnt it all off. The poor lady who actually did my hair as my hair stylist wanted to refund me for destroying my hair, but the manager/owner refused to give me a full refund and was so frustrating to reason with. I was crying in their salon pulling out chunks of my hair and she was smirking at me and LAUGHING AT ME as I tried to argue with her about why I should not have to pay for a service that quite literally damaged my hair beyond repair. I couldn’t even run my hands through my hair to finger-comb it because I was STILL pulling out chunks even after I left. Wish I never stepped foot in this god-awful place. Please give any advice of what I could do at this point because this woman gave me such deep emotional trauma and my hair will take years to recover.

If I can give this place a 0 I would! I went in today with my beautiful long brown hair all down my back asking for a small trim and curtain bangs. I showed the lady THREE INSPOS. My hair now is at my shoulders and the worst part, my bangs are so thin that I even have longer hairs joining my “bangs”. Never coming back

Terrible service. If I could give it a 0 if I could. I walked in and no one greeted us. Simply stared at us. I waited standing more then 10 minutes until someone came and offer me their services. Even the owner was rude. I got a trim and I felt the price was too high for a simple trim. The cut didn't even last more than 10min. She was in a rush to get me out. I ended up going to another salon to get my hair cut fix. Never again coming back! Friends did told me their services were bad. The place was dirty too.

It really depends on your luck here. Sometimes they do a good job, sometimes they don't and sometimes they have good customer service other times they can be rude. They definitely have FAVORITISM so if someone who they are close to comes along after you, they will definitely try to take care of them before you, as if your money is worth less than their friend. They don't have set prices for their work which can be annoying. There is this one woman who burned a lil side of my face with a flat iron and didn't apologize she also had a sassy attitude. I won't go with her again. This is a place where you need to risk your hair to know who is your "go to" if you plan on coming here often. Like i said, it depends on your luck. Same with the owner she can be unprofessional and can care less of her clients and how they are treated. I have going here for a while but they have officially lost me as their customer and I’m a bit upset I’ve wasted my time expecting a change.

I have been coming her for about 20 years, super friendly staff, great skills here for men's haircut the staff are bilingual, The owner, Carmen is super nice, along with Lala, Letty and Claudia. Open every day except holidays.

Great place to go get a haircut. I’ve been coming to this place for about 10yrs. All the ladies working there are really nice but I recommend Lety when you go there. She is an awesome lady! Lety would take her time with your haircut and would make suggestions. I love this place!
