Availability of Pink and White Acrylic: One customer appreciated the fact that Emily Nails place offers pink and white acrylic, which is not commonly provided by other salons.
Weaknesses: 1. Inconsistent Quality: A common complaint across multiple comments is the inconsistency in the quality of services provided. Customers mention instances where their nails did not meet their expectations, including smudged designs, lumpy gel, and uneven shaping. 2. Rushed Service: Multiple customers mention that the salon appears to be understaffed, resulting in rushed services. It is important to note that the comments also highlight a high number of customers present at the salon, potentially contributing to this issue. 3. Complaints about chipping polish, bleeding fingers, and unsatisfactory nail shapes indicate a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. 4. This suggests that the salon may not offer good value for the prices charged.
In conclusion, Emily Nails place has several strengths, including a friendly staff, a clean salon, and the ability to provide long-lasting nails. However, the salon also faces challenges such as inconsistent quality, rushed service, and customer dissatisfaction. These weaknesses ultimately affect the overall customer experience and, potentially, the salon's reputation. It is important for Emily Nails place to focus on addressing these weaknesses to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Best TL Reviews

I took my daughter and her friend here to get our nails done before we go to the beach and we didn’t leave happy. Our pedicures were fine, really no complaints other than they cut my toenails too short but our fingernails are not what we expected. My daughter wanted clouds and it looks like he just smeared white paint on her nails and her nails are pointing upwards, my daughters friend showed them a design and what she got doesn’t look anything like the picture she showed them. I got a gel manicure and she didn’t take time to shape them evenly and the gel is lumpy on a couple fingers. I feel bad leaving this review because they were very nice and friendly but the work was sub par. There were a lot of people there and only three people working so I felt like they were rushed and not focused on doing a good job. I paid almost $300 and I definitely don’t feel like I got my moneys worth.
I have been going to Emily’s nails since early August and I must say I’ve been very happy with my nails each time that I’ve gone in for a fill-in. Tom has not disappointed me yet, my nails last for 3 weeks, zero lifting! Overall I’ve been very pleased with my nails. I am happy to drive 45 minutes for Tom to do my nails! Pricing reasonable and salon is always neat and cleaned.
My previous nail lady retired and I was told to go to Emily’s Nails!!! So I did , and this was the Best decision ever!!! Tommy done a fantastic job , I got the pink and white acrylic which not to many places do this any more since it’s time consuming , but Tommy had patience and done them and they are beautiful!! This place is very nice and clean and sanitary! They definitely gained a customer and I will not be going anywhere else !! Thank you again Tommy !!
Pedicure was very nice! My Nails have left me extremely disappointed..... this is what they looked like the next day!!! I've never had gel not last 24 hours... & also the scabs under my nails in the third picture are due to rough nail filing..... So basically I'm currently left with bleeding fingers, chipped finger polish, but at least my feet look good......
Not worth the money for the nails pictured below. Would have been better off letting a 4 year old do it....
Best nails in town ????Macy, Tommy and Henry(Ocean) have always treated me like family ????
Usually I love this place, but yesterday was a bit rough. I have gone here twice to get acrylics, and I loved them. Jimmy did my first set with a coffin shape, and the owner did my second in almost square shaped. After having acrylics on so long my nails grew out to a nice length. I went today just to get gel put on and to put a tip on a nail I had broken. The nail tech, did not get his name, asked me my shape and I said square. My nails were already near that shape so I figure he'd just buff them up a bit. Well, he kept filing them crooked and I kept pointing it out until a whole centimeter had come off of my length! I was next to tears and gave up and let him finish. I went to a different tech and asked for him to fixed the acrylic. The owner took very good care of me. He straightened out my nails, and unfortunately had to take off more length. And he fixed the botched acrylic. My nails do look good now, HOWEVER I will not go to that tech again in dealing with my real nails. It has been a struggle growing them out, and ALL I wanted was them to painted in the first place. If they had been acrylics I would not be so frustrated, but they were my real nails.
I won’t waste my time on a long review. There was no one in there but my service was still rushed and end product looks horrible. Dip was $35 last time I came now it’s $40. This wasn’t even worth $25. I will never recommend this salon to anyone again and this will be my LAST time coming back. How do you take pride in this type of work?! My nails were all the same length when I came into the store but now my left side is shorter than all on the right & I never asked for them to be cut. Ridiculous.
