5. Poor Quality and Service: A customer shares a negative experience where their nails were not as expected, the cuticles were cut poorly, and one of the staff members had an attitude. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and professionalism, which can greatly impact customer satisfaction.
6. Pricing Confusion: One customer expresses dissatisfaction with the pricing experience, where the technician initially assumed they wanted gel nails instead of acrylics, leading to increased costs. This suggests a lack of clarity and possibly miscommunication between staff and customers regarding pricing and services.
Based on the comments provided, it appears that Jenny Nails Place has both strengths and weaknesses. The strengths include having talented technicians, providing quality service, and maintaining a clean salon. However, the weaknesses, such as inconsistent nail results, lack of communication, potential hygiene issues, failure to fulfill customer requests, poor quality/service, and pricing confusion, can have a detrimental impact on the salon's reputation and customer satisfaction. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve and provide a better overall experience for their customers.

Henry is the best nail tech there so I was so shocked at my nail results. There are bubbles in my nails. I asked for coffin design and pay extra for it and you see my results the paint job was a little off but I didn't mind because what could she do the buffing was off . shocked I haven't been there in a long time but I thought they did better service in this . When I came into they put me with a older lady she put one nail on glued it down and asked $40 I'm like can you do the prep work first I'm going to pay you NO money up front so I went and got the money and asked for Henry so I guess this was my results because I asked for a different nail tech

You must book with Stephanie!! She is literally a nail goddess. She takes her time and is a perfectionist which I absolutely love. I have an issue with my big toe and she took her time to make it so much nicer and gave me more confidence about it. Her designs are absolutely amazing. The owner, woman in the front and all of the employees are so nice and welcoming. The salon is absolutely beautiful and clean. I have never been to such a nice nail salon in my life. You have to try Stephanie and the place out, I promise you will not be disappointed ????
Nails aren’t what I asked for, they kept cutting my cuticles horrible service first time and my last time there , one of the ladies acted like she had an attitude
Worse nail salon ever I asked this woman who was so called to be the best nail tech in the shop for FRENCH TIP ACRYLICS. Keep in mind I booked an appointment for what I wanted and even asked for a price which came out to be 26$ .I’m knew to getting my nails done so I don’t know much about the difference between gel and acrylics but I specifically asked for just acrylics. & before getting my set down as I was sitting down she said “gel right” and I politely said no that I wanted acrylics. I go to pay and I pull out enough money for what they originally told me it would be then she tells me it’s 40$. While doing my nails I’m looking at them and they were kinda ugly, I tried trusting the process but they looked bad but I thought for just 26$ it wasn’t that bad. But for 40$ this was a horrible job. Sloppy work she didn’t even do the French tip straight the line was crooked af. And in the light you can see through the black tips because she didn’t even go over it twice
Love Jenny's! Fast and 1st time getting blue gel polish..
