Kristin is the absolute best!!! She is very detail oriented, attentive to your specific needs, a chemist at heart, and will absolutely blow your mind with her work! She did a 5 hour color correction on my hair & then lifted me to the perfect icy blonde color over 3 different sessions. I HATE that I moved away from Alabama & will miss her dearly!
Absolutely the best salon I have ever been to. Rachel and Danielle have both done an amazing job on my hair, but every stylist in here does a wonderful job from what I have seen. Highly recommend this salon!

Jena did a great job! I am a bit odd, when I get a hair cut I tell them what I do not want and usually they get flustered and anxious. Not Jena, she was calm and knew exactly what to do and I had a great experience and love my hair so much! Thank you!
Kristin is the best!! She has done my daughter’s hair and mine and we have been pleased every time. My daughter gets a balayage and it always turns out perfectly! My haircut and color is always exactly what I asked. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. ! I love salon envy!

Gwen was amazing! She made dyeing my hair for the first time easy and she talked me through everything she was doing. She kept me involved in the process every step of the way. I will definitely be seeing her again!!
I waited basically all of June to get into to see Gwen. Yesterday on 6/29/21, I went in for A cut and to get my hair dyed. I showed Gwen 2 pictures of how I wanted it. I asked to see the hair colors they had, and Gwen brought about 7 colors, I was thinking this is all you have! With in those colors their were 2 I wanted, one to be A highlight. Gwen came up with some excuse not to do the highlight, however I picked A really pretty color to just do A all over. So she dyes my hair, then leaves me in A room during the 45 minutes, and comes back when it was time to take out dye. Before she she cut my hair she asked to look at the pictures again, no problem. She she cuts my hair in A very short period of time and blowed dryer it and turned me to the mirror. I was like what! I said to Gwen this is not even close to what I wanted, it looked awful! I could till even after she tried styling it the layers were uneven, it was layered wrong on the left side and long on the right side. She said she needed to have her boss look at it. Her boss made excuses, if that was even her boss! Her boss said it’s a matter of styling it. I said it must be cut right first. Gwen came back in and said she didn’t felt like her and I could not come to an agreement on my hair. Their is NO agreeing, you are suppose to cut customers hair the way “they” want it, not the stylist! I says your just going to leave it like this. She says maybe you can find another stylist, unbelievable! Yesterday was A long day starting with A CT scan early morning. I have 3 autoimmune illnesses and hardly had any energy to go to appointment yesterday. So the last thing I needed was to get treated the way I did! After Gwen says to find another stylist she walks out of room not taking the cap off. I take it off go to counter, Gwen says 70.00 for the color then walks away. This is all done in front of 2 more customers. I go to pay and pull out A 100.00. The receptionist says with an attitude, I don’t have change, I said well that’s all I have. If she thought I was leaving A tip she was sadly mistaken! She says it again, and I tell her I want my change. A customer says I can to my car and get some money, I was looking at the receptionist like wow! She then says I will get change from my boss, she comes back with change and this when she hands me the change she was very disrespectful and rude! I’m thinking I’m the one that should be upset by this point. I was treated so badly by this place! O by the way the receptionist should learn how to count back money because she handed me 25.00 not 30 dollars, but I guess she needed the 5.00 dollars more than me! I asked for A receipt after I paid, the receptionist said their is no way to give you A receipt. I said again I want A receipt, she said I don’t know why you need need A receipt anyways. Are you kidding me, this is how you people behave in there, so unprofessional!!!So being A dinner plans with daughter on Saturday I needed to get my hair fixed. I go to another salon down the street. The stylist I have never had before cut my hair to thee T the way I wanted it. I was so happy about how the other stylist at a different salon cut my hair, I tipped her 50.00 dollars. You employees of Envy might want to think about what one might be going through in life before you treat them badly like you did me!!
