They did a great job with mine, and my nieces and daughters manicures and acrylic.
The only complaint (which I heard from my nieces later) was the gentleman who ran the front, was strangely pushy with the girls about their color choices. Which is just odd to me.
I did not deduct stars, because it may have been a language barrier, and nothing more. And the place was still nice.
The only thing great about this nail salon was that they took me as a walk in and didn't have me waiting too long for the service. The nail tech was extremely rough and made my cuticles bleed. He used the tool that takes gel polish off and smooths the acrylic on my nail for so long on each nail that it would get hot and make my fingers feel like they were being burned through the nail. Now I'm left with a terrible french manicure set. The set is thick, uneven and done poorly. I don't recommend this business.
Worst experience ever at a nail salon! My sister and I went in to get matching nails for Christmas. Hers turned out wonderful, mine she forgot to do the colored tip. I asked why and she said sorry too late! They’re literally the most uneven, lumpy, worst nails I’ve ever gotten! Stay away! Take a look at the photo.. not even close to matching
Place is nice and always clean, keep in mind with the restrictions is required to have an appointment just give them a call the same day 9 times out of 10 they will have something open or able to accommodate you. They got really nice spa pedicure to choose from and their dipping power sns for manicure is one of the best one arround I can get the quality nowhere else for the dipping powder
My wife regularly comes here and is usually happy with the service. I finally joined her for a pedicure and was very happy with the level of treatment and service. Tip: don't schedule late appointments because you will feel like they are throwing you out but they are just cleaning up and getting ready to to go home themselves. However, this does not stop them from treating you. You'll just be walking out the door as they do. They also make decent accommodations for an appointment. I did have to reschedule for 2 so I can only imagine the flexibility with a revolving door of customers.
I love the way my nails came out. The price was decent and the nail technician was very nice and gentle. I’ll be coming back.
This was the first time I was there. I started off with a pedicure, which was honestly really great. The lady who gave me the pedicure was thorough, nice, and did a great job. The nails is where it all went down the drain. The man doing it was rude and rough. He rushed through the full set. The nails are thick, uneven, and lumpy (?). To top it off, one of the nails BROKE 4 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE DONE!! Never again..
My mani and pedi were both good, however, this place lacks cleanliness in the worst way. The nail tech nicked my moms finger which made her bleed and he just wiped it away.... no gloves, nothing. I then proceeded to get my eyebrows waxed and the tech went from giving someone a pedicure right to waxing my eyebrows with no hand washing in between. Disgusting.
