I wish I could give this place a 0 out of 10. Horrible experience, the lady that did my fill for acrylics was super rude and not gentle. She used a nail drill tool to get rid of my cuticles until I was bleeding a little bit. I asked if she did designs and I showed her a picture reference, she said yes and was quick and sloppy about it. I take responsibility I should’ve went with my gut and did a simple plain color but if you aren’t good at designs then you should’ve just told me no. I’m very upset, they wouldn’t give me a refund after I politely asked. The lady said my nails are fine. I’m very upset and will not be going here again. (The first picture is the picture reference I showed her, and the second picture is my nails as soon as I got done with the appointment) MY RING FINGER ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURE!

First, I had asked for OPI Funny Bunny and they did not have it. This is my fault, I should’ve left then and there. I also asked for the chrome powder, which they also did not have. I will show you my inspiration and what followed.

I am in a wedding and will be getting my nails redone prior to after this experience. My toes look horrible, it was not relaxing and the polish is everywhere. She only did a few coats, which didn’t result in it looking at all like the sample. My nails were also done with a drill, as mentioned by others; I was also bleeding. I had picked up a color and she switched it out for a different brand. The woman who did my nails was rushed and sloppy. She never once asked if I liked my nails and didn’t give me the opportunity to interject. She would grab at my hands and feet without direction. Overall, a horrible experience.

I will not be going back.

I have been going here for many years and only using Lyn. She is the BEST. I decided last minute to get my nails done. I called first thing in the morning and asked them what they had available for a deluxe pedicure and manicure. They told me to come at 1:30. I got there at 1:30 and they had me go to the back room. I waited till 2:15 until someone came back. The lady was super fast and jamming my toe down. She asked me if the water was okay. It was freezing and it started that way. I didn't even keep my feet in it. I told multiple people it was cold and they told me they were so busy and ran out of hot water for the back room. I ordered the 40 dollar deluxe and she was done by 2:29 which was 14 minutes. I asked to talk to the person in charge and he was rude and short with me. He told me he had to check his cameras. I told him I could wait for him to do that. He yelled something at someone else and then tossed me a 20 dollar gift card. I won't be going back for pedicures again. This wasn't my first bad experience there but this was the worst. There are way better places in the area to go to.

Had a full set Gel Acrylics, lasted a whole month, got a fill on a Friday 2/3, the next day(sat) 2 nails broke at 2 different times. Now today, less then 5 days later another nail has cracked. All for them to advise me that they don't fill the tip just the base. I don't know anyone with the time to go back every few days to get nails fixed. Definitely very unsatisfied, as the the end of the fill my nails were burning/stinging in pain. Definitely advise that if you looking for cheap, this is the place. Definitely not quality. Side note, dirtiest place ever! Would not hold up against health inspection.

They were all kind and very efficient. We had the pedicure and manicure done. We got in and they waited on us right away. Beautiful job

Usually love this place but today was a bad experience. The woman doing my nails was in such a rush she was putting her coat on to leave before she was even finished. Not only that but she was doing my nails very aggressively and using the nail Dremel on my skin! The final result looks very rushed and uneven. Good thing the bandaids will cover most of the nails. If you get your nails done here make sure to ask for Lynn because she has never disappointed like this lady did.

My friend invited me to get a pedicure here, overall I was very happy with the experience and I love that they were able to do this perfect little leaf. We did not have an appointment on the weekday and they took us right back.

They were really busy but got us right in! Super friendly staff that made it fun for the kiddos, will be back soon for my own super deluxe mani/pedi!
