Came here for the first time today because I needed a fill in desperately and most places are closed on Sunday’s. They took me right away. The girl who did my nails was very pleasant and she did a good job with my nails. Gave me exactly what I asked for and so did the lady who did my eyebrows. It seems I came at a good time right after they opened. Shortly after that they got pretty busy and since the place is small it felt crowded. I’d say the only thing I didn’t like was having to pay in cash instead of by credit card. I never have cash on me. I used the ATM they have right there in the waiting area and they did give me back the dollar for the fee. I’d come here again.
Wonderful place I started going here this year after my Nail Salon closed in March. I am very picky about my nails and the design that I get. There work at this salon is wonderful they are always on point. Thank you for your wonderful service.
My friend used this nail salon three times because we live so close. The third time going, her dip nails started to chip the next day. She went back to have the one nail fixed, then 3 others started to chip within 4 days. She went back in after a week because she wasn’t going to keep getting them redone and asked for a refund. The woman at the front desk immediately started getting loud and yelling that they don’t give refunds and when my friend said she’ll make sure to give them a poor review she responded with “tell them it’s been a week” refusing to understand that it chipped after ONE day, not a week.
Would not recommend this place to anyone, because this isn’t the first time they’ve blown up like that on someone.
Horrible fui un sábado y ya el lunes se me habían caído mas de 3 uñas y no me las quisieron arreglar mientras me las hicieron horrible y súper gordas y no hicieron lo que yo pedí y pagué $70! Súper decepcionada y me habían recomendado esté lugar… en lo personal no lo recomiendo ???????????? NOT RECOMMEND
I made my neice an appointment for 630. She gets there and waits & waits. Finally at 7 they call her up. They sit her down and walk away. Another women walks in and they move my niece back to the waiting area and take that women. We had no choice but to wait because she needed them done for the day after which is why i made the appt. The people were kind and explained they were understaffed and behind. I just feel like they should tell you when you arrive if theyre not able to keep your appt time. It was a mess. They were done ok, average at best. Def not worth the wait though.
I went here a month ago to get my nails dipped and it took 3 hours but the quality was great so i didn’t complain. i went again a week ago and got them dipped again and it took almost 2 hours. not even four days later i have two nails that have broken completely off and three more that are close. he also tried to skip putting tips on some of my nails so none of them are the same length??? as well as bumpy. if i’m going to spend $45+ and 2 hours+ on myself it better last and this place just isn’t it. they aren’t consistent and they will charge you a different price every time
I have had 2 pedicures at this salon and they were both very good. However I then got a manicure with regular polish and came back because it had almost all chipped off within 24 hours. Upon returning to ask if they could fix it or even up charge it for gel, the woman informed me that "even if it all chips off the second I leave, they will not fix it. But I want to pay for another polish it will be $20 to $25. " I cannot say if I'll return, but I feel like others should know this policy.
Hi. I'm Tara. I came from Detroit, Michigan to get my nails done for the first time in 12 years. I came to Glamour Nails in York, over 6 weeks and three different nail technicians and was not happy. I called back to tell them just how unhappy I was. I had the most beautiful out-spirited woman answer and her name is Lee. She told me to come in for no charge and she would fix whatever was wrong. She work through my ingrown toenail. I have never had a problem in the last 5 months. It doesn't matter what time of day or how much notice I give her(even being tardy) she is always at her most perfected self.
