Quick Facts About Good Heavens BBQ & Bakery, LLC
Good Heavens BBQ & Bakery, LLC appears to have several strengths based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths mentioned is the quality of the food. Customers express that the BBQ at Good Heavens is delicious and flavorful. The meat is described as juicy, tender, and smoky, with fall-off-the-bone ribs and melt-in-your-mouth pork steaks. The sides, such as mac and cheese, green beans, potato salad, and baked beans, are also complimented for being just as good as the main dishes. The peach cobbler is particularly highlighted as being warm, rich, buttery, and all-around delicious. This consistency in high-quality food can be a significant strength for the business as it contributes to customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
Another strength is the exceptional service provided by Good Heavens BBQ & Bakery. Customers mention that the staff is friendly and attentive. The generous portions and reasonable prices are praised as well. These positive experiences with the service can contribute to customer loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendations.
Additionally, the limited opening hours of Good Heavens, only on Fridays, is seen as a unique aspect and a strength. Customers mention that they make an effort to get to the restaurant early because it has become popular and tends to sell out quickly. This exclusivity can create a sense of anticipation and exclusivity, as well as potentially create a sense of urgency for customers to visit the establishment.
One weakness that can be inferred from the comments is the limited availability of certain items. One customer mentioned that they wanted to have Carmel cake but it was sold out. This implies that there may be times when popular items run out before all customers can try them. While this can create a sense of exclusivity, it can also be frustrating for customers who have a specific item in mind and are unable to get it.
Another potential weakness that can be inferred from a single comment is regarding the quality of the snoot dinner. One customer mentions that the BBQ snook tasted old and burnt and expected it to be fresh since it was a Friday, which is the busiest day for the restaurant. This comment suggests that there may be occasional inconsistencies in the food quality and freshness, which can be a weakness for the business, as it may result in a negative customer experience.
In conclusion, Good Heavens BBQ & Bakery, LLC appears to have strengths in the quality of their food, exceptional service, exclusive opening hours, and reasonable prices. However, there may be weaknesses in terms of limited availability of certain items and potential inconsistencies in food quality. Overall, the strengths seem to outweigh the weaknesses based on the positive comments and high praise for the establishment.

Whew!!!!! Liiiiisteeeennn!!! There are no pictures because we tasted the food before we could snap it. And from the first tender tear, temptation took over. This may be the best BBQ I've had in a long time, and I've been frequenting another establishment for years. These folks done snatched away a loyal customer.
The catch is, they're ONLY open on Fridays! ???? Every Friday we slide down to Good Heavens and they've never disappointed. But you have to get there early. They will sell out! Plus, I've been telling everyone I know about it like I discovered the place or something.
I enjoyed the SNOOT DINNER???? the snoot was very CRISPY and it was BBQED not fried ????
The food was delicious. I had the rib tips, Mac and cheese, and green beans. Everything was great! The meat was juicy and tinder. The sides were just as good. I Also tried the Carmel cake, it was a lil slice of Heaven. We were Very pleased and will be back.
The pork steak and ribs are excellent. Potato salad and baked beans were very good. The peach cobbler made us wanna slap every mo’fo’ in town. Overall the meal was outstanding...our hats off to the chef. We will order again on our next trip through here.

BBQ snook tasted old and burnt. Would have thought it would have been fresh since it was a Friday and they get most of their business from Friday to Saturday.
Okay so today I was craving BBQ. Not just any old BBQ, I wanted something flavorful, something smoky, something delicious. I wanted Good Heavens BBQ! So I took a detour on the way home and I ordered the pork steak dinner, extra side of potato salad, honey wings and fries for my daughter and peach cobbler???? for dessert. Initially, I wanted Carmel cake (I had it before and it was soooooooo good),but was informed that the customer before me had bought the last slice????. Reluctantly,I ordered the peach cobbler. Let me tell you I was NOT disappointed!!! That cobbler was warm, rich, buttery, and all around delicious!! Now back to my BBQ dinner; the pork steak was tender, smoky and delicious! The sides ( mostaccioli, baked beans and potato salad) complemented the meat so well and could've been a meal within themselves.
Lastly, the fried honey wings and fries were a hit for my 6 y/o daughter, who is usually picky about what she eats. I wish I could give them more stars because the service is exceptional, the portions are generous, prices are reasonable and the flavor is ON POINT!! Good Heavens BBQ and Bakery made my day, thank you and see y'all soon!
