I think I found my new nail spot! The first time I came I had one issue and they got me in right away next the next morning to fix it at no charge. All the technicians are very friendly and professional.

Kenny G did my dip powder nails and I am 100% pleased. When I pointed out missed spots (there were only 2) he fixed them right away. He was very detailed and careful. I’m very impressed and will definitely be returning!

Kenny is the best, he always takes his time never feels rush, and has great experience. I could not trust my nails to anyone else.

When I called to see if there were any appointments available, the lady who answered asked if I could come now. I told her no, she then asked what time do I want to come. I told that I could get there at 12:15pm. I was 4 minutes late. I apologized first thing when I got there. There were 3 people working. I waited around 15 minutes and was told to to pick a color, which I had already done. Then I was told that because I was late I would have to wait longer. Which I could understand if I would have 15 minutes or more late, but I was only 4 minutes late. What noticed was there were 2 ladies getting a pedicure & having their gel nails soaked off. Then another lady with an appointment came in. So what that told me was they had no attentions on taking me at for my 12:15 appointment. They thought it would be OK to keep me waiting while they did a pedicure and another set of nails, which at best would have taken a 90 minutes. I left called Twin Cities Nails in St.Louis Park, was able to get a appointment at 1:30. Then in the middle of my manicure, Great Nails called. Needless to say, I didn't answer the phone.

Just like their name: your nails will be looking great after a visit here! Great Nails is clean, has an enormous color selection, professional staff, and nice massage chairs that work your back while you get your toes done...a wonderful business!

THIS PICTURE WAS TAKEN THE SAME DAY AS THE SERVICE. Their way of fixing it was to put more and more polish on they did this because I didn't want gel.

My nails look worse than when I went in. My cuticles hurt and thay were cute so badly and my polish was put on so thick that they never dried and also had bubbles really bad bubbles in every nail when I said something about it they put more Polish on top. The picture is one day after getting my nails done.

Did a great job on my mani pedi i paid a decent price. I will really travel from roseville to Brooklyn park just to get my nails done here

Kenny, Lily, Lena and Tony do a fantastic job. They work fast, efficiently, and always have a smile! The prices cannot be beat anywhere near there! And they always remember who you are...even if you only have been there a couple of times!

I recommend them whole heartedly!

The place was clean. They place plastic covering inside the pedicure bath which is great. The only con is my manicure lasted only 1.5 weeks before a finger started to peel alittle and after 2 weeks they were cracking and coming off. I'm use to my gel manicures lasting 3 weeks. You do receive a hand massage which is good. $29.00 for gel nails. If they lasted 3 weeks definitely worth the price.
