Horrible, don’t waste your money here. Had an appt with marry miller. Claims to have 30 years of experience but it doesn’t show. Came in to get a golden blond and instead I got bad pinstripe highlights. Wanted something natural looking not gaudy looking. Not to mention the poor customer service. Obviously didn’t listen or look at what i wanted done to my hair. Showed up to my appointment 5 minutes late and so she decided to section my hair and push me to the side and cut a clients hair that showed up an hour late to his appt. Which took an hour away from my appointment. At least she could of communicated that his appointment was before mine or rescheduled the guy for being an hour late . Would of saved me a lot of frustration. First 3 pictures are what I have. Last pictures is the reference I gave her

Friendly environment and great hair stylists! Katie is the best but very hard to get in to see. You basically have to call a month in advance to get to see her. Hair Design got me in to see a new stylist within a week and she was great.

Kylie did an excellent job cutting my hair... no small feat, because I am very picky. I had not had my hair cut in about a year because I recently moved to Castle Rock and I could not find anyone I would trust with the process. Kylie set me at ease - asked me several questions to make sure she gave me exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you Kylie... I will be back. Kim

Love this place! Its a very clean and professional atmosphere!! I have short hair, Im super picky, however, Katie is the bomb!! So glad I found her! She blends like no other!! I always leave happy with my haircut!!

I love Hair Design Team! I have combination straight and very curly hair and have received some incredibly unfortunate hair cuts in the past. Since going to Hair Design, I've never received a cut I didn't like! Sandy is fantastic - this is the first hair place I've ever felt comfortable recommending to my family and friends.

Always a great experience for my young daughter and myself. Our daughter feels sooo special when we leave because the stylist takes time to actually style her hair vs just blow it dry. I always love my cut and color and Crystal is just the BEST! We recently moved to the area, walked in cold a few months ago and it was the best find in Castle Rock so far!
