Rude! I initially gave the clerk a description of the hair. Huffing with frustration and stating, "we don't have that," she asked for a picture. The picture gave all the details of the product. She continues to break it down, asking me details about the product. I again say I want exactly what I showed you in the picture. She turns around, huffing and pouting like a little kid and finds the product. She returns to register quiet as a mouse! I will not go back. I only went because I wasn't familiar with the area, and I really needed the product.

I went in to buy one wig and came out with three. Lol I had a great customer service experience and it was worth it ????

This place has been in the area for many years yes management has changed but one thing for sure HAIR WORLD will not run out item the shelf are stocked better the retail stores.

They seem to have everything that you need so I need one for stars it's a little junkie but otherwise it's a good store
