Quick Facts About Happy Feet And Nails
Happy Feet And Nails place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. I will analyze each comment to provide an in-depth explanation of the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
Starting with the strengths, one of the commenters mentioned that both they and their daughter had great experiences with different nail technicians. This suggests that the salon employs skilled and talented nail technicians who can provide quality services. Additionally, another commenter mentioned that they have been coming to the salon for a year and are always satisfied with their dip nails, particularly enjoying the ombré pink and white design they received. This indicates that the salon is capable of delivering various nail designs and techniques based on customer preferences. Another strength is the reasonable pricing mentioned by a customer who stated that $27 went a long way during their visit. This suggests that the salon offers competitive pricing, providing value for customers' money.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one of the main issues mentioned by multiple commenters is poor communication and lack of attention to appointments. A customer mentioned that their daughter was supposed to have both nails and toes done during their appointment, but the salon forgot about the toes. This indicates a lack of organization and attention to detail. Another customer mentioned that the salon was busy with walk-ins and appointments, suggesting that they may be overwhelmed and struggling to manage customer flow effectively. Additionally, a negative comment mentioned that the salon has misleading pricing. Although they advertise gel manicures for $35, there are additional charges for polish removal and matte polish, leading to a higher overall cost. This can be seen as a lack of transparency and may leave customers feeling deceived. Another weakness mentioned is rushed services and poor massages when the salon is closing early. This indicates that the salon prioritizes closing over providing quality services to customers, leading to a negative experience. This sentiment is reinforced by another commenter who mentioned that the salon staff seems more interested in leaving than serving their customers, resulting in a poor customer experience.
In terms of customer service, one of the commenters gave the salon two stars for their customer service, indicating that they have had positive experiences in this aspect. However, this is contrasted by a negative comment mentioning that a nail technician used a nail file on top of gel polish, ruining the topcoat, and when the customer returned to seek a resolution, the technician responsible was no longer there. This suggests a lack of accountability and the inability to rectify mistakes made by the salon's staff.
Overall, the strengths of Happy Feet And Nails place are the skill and talent of the nail technicians, the ability to offer a variety of nail designs, and competitive pricing. The weaknesses include poor communication and appointment management, misleading pricing, rushed services when closing, and inconsistent customer service.
To address these weaknesses, Happy Feet And Nails place should prioritize improving communication among their staff to ensure appointments are not forgotten and that customers receive the services they expect. They should also review and clarify their pricing model to avoid any confusion or deception. Additionally, the salon should prioritize quality services over closing time and improve their massage services to provide a more relaxing experience for customers. Finally, the salon should ensure accountability for their staff's mistakes and provide a resolution for customers in such situations. Overall, addressing these weaknesses will help enhance the customer experience and reputation of Happy Feet And Nails place.

Daughter and I both had different nail techs. Both did great but my daughter was suppose to get her toes done as well we had set appointments for nails and toes. They forgot about her toes needing done. They were also pretty business with walk-ins and more appointments. They need better communication.
I've been coming here for a year. I always get dip nails. My favorite is when they do the ombré pink and white. I'm loving this Christmas design I got today
Be warned – they advertise their gel manicures as $35 but this is just their flat rate. They will charge an extra $10 to remove any sort of prior existing polish or nails on your fingers and even though you’ve already paid for gel polish, they will charge an extra five dollars to give you matte polish. A gel manicure ended up costing me $50 before a tip. I went to a tech named Vivian last time I visited and had to go back the same day, because she used a nail file on top of my gel polish and ruined the topcoat. When I went back in that tech had gone and I saw someone else who seemed appalled that I had gotten my nails done at their location with the way that they looked. I did, however give them two stars because I’ve never had a problem with their customer service. But unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location.
My Mom and I have gone here several times. Unfortunately, the last 2 times we have gone, we were given rushed services because they were closing...early. Massages are not good either. There is only 1 lady that gives good massages with pedicures and we fight over who gets her when we go together for an appointment. 6:30 comes around they're all scampering around like mice getting their stuff together and cleaning as well as waiting with their purses and such to get out of there. It's been horrible to be a customer with a 5:30pm appointment. I'm not super impressed. We have found another place we are trying now.
Well this was the place to go. I had been wanting a pedicure fir so long. When your working as a caregiver for seven years twenty four hours a day, well those luxurys are far between. Thank God I finally got one, even though it was in Virginia it was the best. I enjoyed every moment of it. I'm home now back in Colorado, but when I go back to Virginia, i am going to go there again. Not that I can't go here which Im sure I will. I just really enjoyed my visit there and the people. It was great. The price was really reasonable. Twenty seven dollars went a long way.
I had an okay experience with the girl I had the first time. She was rushed and didn't do a very good job, and got frustrated when I kept changing colors when I said a soft pink and brought out a hot pink. The guy I had today, fixed my nails, was very patient, and did his job the way I like. I like this place compared to others because not only do they do a good job, they do it at an affordable price. Never going to another nail place.
There is a little bit of a wait but its worth it - I've seen multiple nail techs here at this point and I'm always very *happy* with the outcome. The pedicures are relaxing and atmosphere is cozy.
My gal did AMAZING! Hand drew the roses and took her time! Detailed and beautiful work! I ended up getting engaged two days later- sneaky Mom paid to get my nails done because she knew- and I think they looked gorgeous with my ring!
