Quick Facts About Happy Feet Nails & Spa

Happy Feet Nails & Spa is a popular salon that has received both positive and negative comments. Let's analyze the strengths and weaknesses mentioned in the comments to get a comprehensive understanding of the salon.
Strengths: 1. Renovated and Clean Space: Several commenters highlight the recently renovated and clean environment at Happy Feet Nails & Spa. The salon's bright appearance and cleanliness contribute to a positive overall experience. 2. Large Selection of Polish: The availability of a wide range of gel and regular polish is appreciated by customers. This allows them to have various options for their nail services. 3. Honesty About Design Capabilities: Customers appreciate the honesty of the staff when it comes to replicating complex designs from Pinterest or Google. Knowing that the staff may not be able to recreate them exactly helps manage expectations and prevent disappointment. 4. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The staff at Happy Feet Nails & Spa is described as polite, helpful, and professional. They prioritize customer satisfaction and remember their regular customers, which creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. 5. Timeliness with Appointments: Multiple customers note that the salon is on time with appointments, ensuring that customers do not have to wait excessively.
Weaknesses: 1. Inconsistent Design Expertise: While most customers have positive experiences with nail art and designs, one commenter highlights that only one staff member seems to excel in this area. This could pose an issue if that staff member is occupied with another client. 2. Language Barrier: A negative experience is reported by a customer who encountered difficulty communicating with an older staff member who did not understand English. Language barrier issues can hinder effective communication and customer satisfaction. 3. Negative Experience and Poor Service: One customer had an unsatisfactory experience with their pedicure, describing it as the worst service they had received. The staff member failed to remove calluses and exhibited a lack of understanding when the customer expressed their concerns. This negative review highlights the importance of consistent service quality. 4. Technical Issues with Nail Extensions: A customer expressed disappointment with the gel powder nail extensions they received. The nail shape was not as requested, the filing was uneven, and bubbles were present in the nails. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and technical expertise. 5. Price Discrepancy: Although most customers find the prices reasonable and even get discounts for paying in cash, one customer felt that the quality of the service did not match the price they paid for their gel nails.
In conclusion, Happy Feet Nails & Spa has several strengths, including a renovated and clean space, a large selection of polish, honesty about design capabilities, helpful staff, and timeliness with appointments. However, weaknesses such as inconsistent design expertise, language barrier issues, negative experiences with pedicures, technical issues with nail extensions, and price discrepancies are also evident. These weaknesses highlight areas for improvement, potentially through staff training, improved communication, and greater attention to detail.

Best TL Reviews

I usually go to Katelyn (one of the owners) or Ashley. They have recently renovated and added space to the salon. It's bright, clean, and looks great. They have a large selection of gel and regular polish. They can't always do the fancy designs from Pinterest/Google but they are upfront about it or let you know it will be close but not exact so you're not disappointed. I use a couple places for fills as I live in Harrisburg but they stay on my list of go-to places and are my favorite for pedicures. They take walk-ins but best to make an appointment if you can.
I love this nail spot, they go very good work for good prices ( if you pay cash you get a discount). I usually just stop in and haven’t had an issue. The only thing is the main girl who seems to run the place, is the only one that knows how to do and keep up with designs, but they do pull her to do your design when someone else is done with your nails. They just renovated and they have done an exceptional job and I love it here.
My service at Happy Feet Nails was wonderful!!! This was my first time here. The place is beautiful inside and very clean. The staff was wonderful and polite. Ms. Brenda was amazing. She took her time and made sure I was pleased. This is my new nail salon!!!
Today i paid $45 for spa pedicure and i got worst service. One old lady attended my pedicure and she doesnt remove callus nothing done. When i tried to explain she unable to understand english. Worst experience ever had. Please dont go and waste ur money
Helpful staff that does nice work and cares about their customers. Saw regulars going in and the owner remembered them and what they like. Loved it . The pictures are from almost two weeks after my feet and nails were done. 10/10
Everyone is so nice and professional. When you book an appointment they are always on time. They are amazing with nail art. My daughter and I are in there every two weeks. Don’t know what we’d do without them!!!!! Great pricing and excellent service.
I got a gel pedi and the gel powder nails extensions with get polish. The gel pedi is fantastic for the price. I will definitely be coming back for the pedi; it was clean and my toes look great. How ever….. my nails… im disappointed. I asked for almond, they are not almond. The filing is uneven, and this is after i asked the nail tech to correct them. The nail bed is too thick and the cuticle area is not blended. AND there are hundreds of bubbles in the nails that look like brown specs (tried to capture in second photo) They look grown out 5 days after getting them done! And as far as the “gel powder” its not worth paying $50 for naila that look like this. I’ve been doing my own nails for 12 yrs. and its unbelievable that the most basic thing. THE SHAPE is incorrect
They are wonderful here they do amazing nail art also I’m never disappointed. They totally saved the day when H 3 In Carlisle destroyed my nails!! Thank you !!
