Horrible horrible experience I do not recommend anyone go there!!!!! I went to get a gel mani n pedi yesterday and today my nails are cracked and look horrible have an event to go to today and I went back so they can fix and tells me they can't until 5 or an appointment to call back and I tell the man I have an event and need them fixed again starts telling me they can't until 5 and I tell him I have an event to be at and can't do it then. The man proceeds to tell me that I'm acting crazy and I'm a queen and everyone should stop what their doing to tend to me. So I tell him your calling me crazy and I told him I'm not acting crazy because I could cause a scene and he tells me " what you want me to do" I told him to accommodate and fix and not have to wait until 5 or the next day. I asked for a refund and he laughed at me and said no one would do that. I walked out and told them I would never go back and will not recommend to anyone either he proceeding to laugh at me. Very horrible experience and now I have to pay someone else to fix my nails so they don't look horrible for my event.
Response to the owner!! First of all I did not demand to be atended to immediately as I saw everyone was busy but to be told to come back in two hours when I had an event to be in in two hours how did tht help me and instead I had to go to my event with horrible looking nails and the next day is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've gladly waited until someone was finished but instead the customer service tht I was given was horrible and also to be told I'm being crazy is truly rude which I did not deserve that or even to be told I am a queen oh and especially to be laughed at!! All off my nails cracked and two broke off which caused pain.
My go to salon! Lynn the owner is the sweetest. And Aom is my girl. She is the VERY best! Great People!

Lynn and her husband are so very nice and do beautiful nails. They have other spa services I've taken advantage of add well. Eyebrow waxing, aromatherapy, spa pedicure with great massage chair, just a mention a few. They also keep a nice clean salon and the fumes aren't overwhelming like some places I've gone to.
First time here and I loved it. The ladies are very nice, I brought a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that???? she even helped me pick out the colors.
This is s photo of my nails 2 weeks after my manicure. The gel and snowflake have lasted through cleaning and washing dishes. Aon did a fabulous job! No complaints here.
I always have a great experience every time I get a manicure or pedicure. I make appointments mainly but have had to on several occasions just do a walk-in and they get me right in. They truly try to build a relationship with their customers. By that, they always ask about family members like how they're doing health-wise, etc. This place is always my first pick if possible my scheduling-wise.
They were do nice to me. I loved how they did my nails and all the attention I received. I would recommend them to 1st timers.
