Prices are so so high but they will help you find what you need. I went in the day before Christmas Eve just bought kanekalon and a can of got 2 b glue. Today I went to a different hair store for bleach and happened to look around and realized that the prices weren’t that high here they were just really taxing! THIS IS WHY THEY WONT EVER GIVE A PRICE OVER THE PHONE super sad because everyone who works here speaks great English!
Sold me a broken earring and will not exchange or give refund for another . The earring will not latch together because it is slightly dented and that’s something you would not be able to see through the packaging . They have a no return policy and that’s fine . But if that’s the case make sure your products are 100% working and not broken before selling .

I finally decided I'll never go here again I tried to exchange some un-opened hair packs and get a different color and was told no exchanges , so I proceeded to get the packs of hair in a different color so I can pay for them and other items they watched me the whole time like if I was a thief even tho I was a loyal customer and have always spent a good amount of money here , I was not upset at the no exchanges I was more upset that they treated me like I was going to steal from them , they have no customer service whats so ever the man and the wife who own this store are super rude , check out black beauty supply the owner there is extremely nice and they do exchanges and if there is an item he doesn't have he will order it to have it in stock in his shop , again go to black beauty supply instead hd beauty is rude and racist
Another beauty supply that treats you like a thief before a customer. They won’t ask if you need help with anything, won’t service you but watch you and watch the cameras the whole time you’re in there. I’ve tried to shop there three times, and all three times they treated me like I was about to steal. The last time I went, I actually needed service but they were too busy watching the cameras on me to notice. My beautician used to frequent this place until they started being rude to her as well. Then there’s the mandatory mask mandate, even when you’re vaccinated, that they use to try to sell you masks. Them and Ebony beauty supply are literally the worst to their customers. Go to Hey Genie instead.
My experience there was awful they have no business serving the black community they won't let you touch the hair to see the quality of the wigs they won't let you see the picture of the wigs which is very very strange they said it's their secret I just wanted to see if the light girl skin tone of the hair would be good for me since I couldn't put the hair up to my skin they wouldn't even let me see the person wearing the wig on the picture I think that they're overpricing their wigs so that's why they won't show you but they're very fishy I think this place needs to be canceled they're rude they followed me the whole time as a black woman this is racism at its finest I would not come to the store I'm going to make post on social media so you guys can follow what happened at the store they need to be canceled they have no right to be serving the black community acting funky like that the longer we support longer this business will stay open we need to shut this business down if they're going to serve the black community they have no right doing it racism at its finest we need to unite as one and not go there and I would appreciate if you guys would help protest also I had a mask on and the whole time was followed I beg you please stop giving them your money they have no reason to own a business that serve the black community being racist....... let's do what we do best and cancel them out of our community and not let a business stay that is not only racist but they have proven time and time again they are not here to serve the black community
Customer service is non-existent here. They Watch you like an animal as you walk thru store. If you touch a wig they yell at you from behind counter from the front of the store. No exchanges, not even for unopened products bought on the same day. They do not allow you to see the packaging for any wigs unless you buy them. I had done a negative review for this place before but decided to delete it, and give another try. My second experience was worse than the first. I will never give this business my money again. They own a black hair care store, but treat their customers as less than. Go to any other hair care store in town but do not support people who have little interest in helping our community!!
If you want to be treated like a thief go here!! Myself and my family was watched the whole time we were in the store as though we were criminals. Beware do not go here!! Never again!!!!!!
