Quick Facts About Hub Plaza

Hub Plaza Place is a truck stop located in Burley, Idaho that offers a variety of services and amenities for travelers. Based on the comments provided, there are several strengths and weaknesses that can be identified.
One of the strengths mentioned by multiple commenters is the cleanliness of the facility. The restrooms and showers are described as being "spotless clean" and the store itself is reported to be very clean. This is an important factor for travelers who are looking for a comfortable and hygienic environment during their stop.
Another strength of Hub Plaza Place is the friendliness of the staff. Commenters mentioned that the employees and the owner were "super nice" and "very friendly." This positive customer service experience can greatly enhance the overall impression of the truck stop and encourage travelers to return in the future.
The variety of products and offerings is also seen as a strength. The store is described as being well-stocked with lots of choices. One commenter specifically mentions the "Nice gift section" as a positive aspect of the truck stop. This variety allows travelers to find what they need and also discover unique items.
The location of Hub Plaza Place is also mentioned as a positive aspect. It is situated at exit number 208, making it a convenient stop for travelers between Salt Lake City and Boise. This strategic positioning attracts many customers who are looking for a place to rest and refuel during their journey.
On the other hand, there are some weaknesses of Hub Plaza Place that are mentioned in the comments. One common complaint is the high prices. One commenter compared the prices to a nearby competitor and found them to be much higher. This can be a significant drawback for customers who are mindful of their budget.
Another weakness mentioned is the treatment of customers with dogs. One commenter had a negative experience when they brought their dog with them and felt that they were treated badly. This treatment can discourage dog-owning travelers from choosing this truck stop as their rest stop.
Additionally, one commenter mentioned that there is no relationship to the location or the staff, leading them to choose a different truck stop with lower prices. This suggests that there may be a lack of loyalty or connection to Hub Plaza Place, potentially due to factors such as pricing or overall experience.
In conclusion, Hub Plaza Place has several strengths including cleanliness, friendly staff, variety of products, and convenient location. However, there are also weaknesses such as high prices and negative treatment of customers with dogs. These strengths and weaknesses should be considered by potential customers when deciding whether to stop at Hub Plaza Place during their journey.

08-10-18 This will be a new favorite stop for me. The "Hot Stuff" brand is pretty darn good, I bought pizza and apork BBQ sandwich jalapeno poppers and raisin oatmeal cookies. The people working in here also the owner were super nice. Oh yeah they also have magnetic dog bones that say "I love my dog" but with a bunch of sayings and a full display of names to buy. They also had some Kirkland Apple Sauce squeezers.
I’ve gone into a lot of truck stops like pilot, TA and Love’s. All of them know that a lot of us drivers bring our dogs with us, and they accept them with no questions. I just went into a place called the Hub in Burley Idaho and got treated very badly for having my dog with me. I will never come to this place again with my business, and I suggest you don’t either . ????
I've stopped at this gas station dozens of times over the years. It's the halfway point between Salt Lake City and Boise at exit number 208. The restrooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. I've come to enjoy looking at all the trinkets they sell and it's a great place to pick up a few snacks for the rest of your trip. I definitely recommend!
Grabbed gas and a quick break. Some of the cheapest gas we could find in the area.
We stop often when we travel, very nice and clean
I drove my truck down to the Love's truck stop at the next exit because this place had prices so high that I was better off eating Carl's Junior adjoined to the Love's.
I will say that maybe it's normal to have high prices at truck stops. I haven't had enough experience with truck stops to know for sure but I was not happy to see the prices.
I mean, there is no relationship to this location or the staff so there is no reason I would ever stop in there again.
What a fun place to stop. Store was well stocked, Lots of choices, Nice gift section, And the hot stuff food looks really really good. I wasn't hungry so I just got the jalapeno poppers they are very nice. Stores very clean, the bathroom was extremely clean, Staff was very friendly. Now I have to try the diner next door.
Small convenience store with most of your needs. They only had one shower but it was spotless clean and so was the rest room. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant next door was very good also. Room for 10 or so trucks in the parking lot
