Quick Facts About iNails Spa

iNails Spa is a nail salon with mixed reviews. While some customers had positive experiences, others had negative ones. To evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of iNails Spa, we will analyze the comments provided.
Starting with the positives, many customers appreciated the friendly and attentive staff at iNails Spa. One customer mentioned that the receptionist was helpful in suggesting a dip color. Another customer specifically mentioned Annie as the nail technician who did an excellent job. The fact that customers were coming in and asking for specific employees implies that the salon has a reliable and skilled team.
The cleanliness and aesthetics of the salon were also mentioned positively. Customers commented on how clean and well-spaced out the salon was, as well as the appealing decoration. A clean and visually appealing environment is important in establishing trust and comfort for customers.
Another strength mentioned by a customer was the longevity of the dip powder. They claimed that the dip powder on their hands lasted almost a month, which indicates a good quality product and application technique.
On the other hand, there are also several weaknesses mentioned by dissatisfied customers. One common complaint was the high price of the services. One customer noted that they paid $90 for a regular pedicure and a manicure with dip powder, which they found to be pricey. Pricing is an important factor for customers, and if they perceive the services to be overpriced, it may deter them from returning.
Another significant weakness mentioned was the poor quality of the nail services. One customer complained that their nails were crooked and looked horrible after leaving iNails Spa. They immediately went to another nail salon to get them fixed. Similarly, another customer experienced pain and discomfort after getting a dip. The technician reportedly drilled their cuticles excessively, causing bleeding and scabs. Such negative experiences can have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and deter them from returning.
In addition to price and quality concerns, there were comments about the inconsistency in service quality. One customer mentioned that different technicians provided different levels of application quality, with one person's application being messy and uneven. Another customer noted that the dip started chipping only eight days after application.
It is also worth noting that there was a comment mentioning a change in management. This change seemed to have affected the experience of the customer, as they felt the quality and vibe of the salon had declined. Changes in management can often lead to a shift in the quality of services provided and the overall experience for customers.
To conclude, iNails Spa has several strengths, such as friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness, and a visually appealing environment. However, there are also weaknesses, including high prices, inconsistent service quality, poor nail application techniques, and issues related to management changes. It is crucial for the salon to address these weaknesses and strive to improve the overall customer experience to attract and retain customers in the long run.

Best TL Reviews

I got a regular pedicure with regular polish and a manicure with the dip powder. I didn't have a bad experience and they were all extremely nice and there wasn't much of a wait time. My only complaint is that is was kinda pricey. I barely get my nails done so im not sure what others charge but it was $90 for what I got. I wanted to leave a bigger tip but I only had $100 with me. But I left happy with my Halloween inspired nails.
the white is from inails the pink is where I went and got them fixed at stylish nails. I wish I would have taken pictures of my other hand and better pictures to show the rest of the polish on my fingers and the crooked nails. I have never complained about my nails before after getting them done. I left inails and went immediately to another nail salon to get them fixed. Not only we’re the nails crooked and looked horrible, but the whole experience felt very uncomfortable they were very rude.
I came to iNails for the first time today and I cannot tell you how great of an experience it was! From when you first walk into the door the receptionist is super nice and gave me a great suggestion for dip color which I've never had before. I'm absolutely in love with the process and the results!! The establishment was extremely clean, you can really tell that they care about their customers.
Annie is the one who did my nails today but all of their employees were super friendly and people were coming in to ask for numerous people by name so you can tell they've done a great job! This is definitely going to be in my new go to place for all my mani/pedis from here on out!!
My nails aren’t by any means perfect. But the service was great & very personable, it was clean & smelled nice.. I’ll definitely be back.
I really wanted to love this place. They had such great reviews and we just moved to Hernando and were looking for a new nail salon. I will say that this place is extremely clean and well spaced out. The inside is nicely decorated too.
However, my hands hurt so badly after getting a dip. I hadn’t had my nails done since right before the pandemic so my original nails had grown out and were healthy. The lady doing my nails drilled them (which I understand) but she kept drilling my cuticles, even after they started to bleed. I have scabs at the bottom of every single fingernail on the cuticle making it extremely painful to do much of anything with my hands.
I definitely will not be returning.
you couldn’t find a better nail salon in the Hernando area! they’re always attentive & no matter how busy they are I’ve never had an excessive wait time. My nails have never felt so natural. My dip powder on my hands almost lasts a month each time, I only go back because I like to change my color. Lisa & Bryan are my go-to’s for a pedicure!
Things havent been the same under new management. They have a new brand of dip that also has matching shellac and polish, and they are beautiful colors. The downside is that the 1st time my nails looked good, 2nd time (different person) the application was very messy and the texture wasn't smooth, even after extra buffing and the 3rd time (back to person #1) the dip was chipping on day 8. I'm also one that can go an easy 3-4 weeks without needing them done again. The price for the quality is just not the same. The vivlbe between the employees just doesn't flow as well either.
I WILL, however, continue to let Sharon do my eyebrows until she leaves for FL though.
They are absolutely 100% a rip off. They will charge you $80 for a regular Polish for a Deluxe which is $55. $20 for acrylic on 2 big toes. And will also charge you for taking off your POLISH. Serious serious overcharge. I am from New York State and I will spend money. for this it's absolutely a rip off. I could have done this
