Bad service , horrible place them cout my finger and she no said anything about that the lady in the left side 1chair she is iRespectful. They tell my friend no gonna do it my nails again . So unprofessional .. worst experience

The owners are very greedy & money hungry. They double book techs for apts, at this point why bothering making any sort of apt if they have you sitting there for over an hour.
I called to make an apt & was told by Kim “come now, she seen you” when I get there my nail tech just sat down with someone.
No one was capable of apologizing, as soon as I mentioned how upset I was abt the situation they all just started talking in their language.
I’ve been in the shop when clients show up upset bcus of the work that was done. Instead of being understanding to what the clients say they are disregarded & almost always told not to go back.
KIM & DAVE THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!! You two should highly consider investing on customer service ethic classes. Either that or close down your business, you guys are not meant for it!!

Owner knows nothing about customer service and accountability. My nails were lumpy and poorly shaped, when I informed the owner that I was dissatisfied she told me I wasn’t welcomed back lmao.
I went here a couple of months back with my daughter and niece to get a gel full set. They did a good job on my nails, but my daughter and niece's nail popped off within 2 days.
I decided to give them another shot. I went yesterday with my daughter and it was the worst experience I ever had. I asked the nail tech for medium size, coffin shape and came out with one side square, one side coffin. The tip of the nails was not even. After the nail tech tried to fix them for over ten minutes she asked if she could remove some of them. I didn’t want to be there any longer than I had been, so I asked to speak to the owner and when I did she was very rude. I asked her if it was okay if I only paid for half on my full set and I would pay full price for my feet and daughter's nails. She told me that they don’t do business like that, that I would have to sit there even longer, have the nails removed, and I then wouldn’t have to pay anything for them. She then threatens to call the cops on me if I walked out. Instead of paying for the half I left 70 for my feet and daughter's nails and walked out the door. Here we are a day later and just like last time a nail has fallen off my daughter's hand. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if I could I wouldn't give 0 stars.
I normally come here on a daily basis for myself and my sister regularly go to the same lady but she’s currently on Vacation i went today with my sister and daughter. My sister who did a new set . The lady who attended her gave attitude the whole time and did the opposite of what was asked for color wise and was impatient to my sister and 5 year old daughter. Normally I never have an issue but this lady should not be working there if she has no manners or patience for customers at all.
