The people where so nice to me and my lil sisters they did our hair so professionally. The style was amazingly beautiful I'm going on day two and still love it like the first time I saw it.

RUDE TERRIBLE SERVICE. ISHA IS THE WORST PERSON IVE ENCOUNTERED WITH. ONCE I WALKED IN I WAS LOOKED AT UP AND DOWN AND IGNORED. BECAUSE HER TEXT MESSAGE WAS MORE IMPORTANT THEN A CLIENT. IT TOOK HER 10 MINS TO ASK ME WHAT I WANTED WITH THE RUDEST UGLIEST ATTITUDE POSSIBLE. SHE THEN STARTED TALKING ABOUT ME WITH HER COUSIN CAUSE THEY LOOK ALIKE ???? THEY DIDNT KNOW I UNDERSTAND EVERY WORD THEY SAID. I WAS WANTING TO GET A SIMPLE BRAID AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THAT WAS. THEY ONLY HAD 1 CLIENT IN THERE. AND FROM WHAT I SAW THEY WAS TREATING HER BAD. THE GIRL HAD TO ASK FOR A BREAK AND ISHA ROLLED HER EYES AND TOLD HER COUSIN TO LET HER GO. WITH THE RUDEST ATTITUDE. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS DOWN!!!!!!!! YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT ISHA THATS PROBABLY WHY YOU DONT HAVE CUSTOMERS WITH THAT UGLY ATTITUDE. IM SO GLAD I DIDNT WASTE MY MONEY AT THIS PLACE. (1 year ago) This is an excellent shop!! This is my second time visiting and I have experienced nothing but great things from the first visit. They are very fast and the braids are very neat. From the first visit I have made this my permanent braid shop!
Update: I got my hair done again yesterday (11•10•17) and as always I’m in love. Isha has braided my hair every time I’ve gone.
i didn't schedule an appointment so i really cant complain about the time it took for them to seat me. but i originally went for knotless box braids and ms. isha insisted that my hair was too soft for knotless braids. she said they wouldn't last & that traditional box braids would. okay, fine by me. i said i wanted shoulder length, ms. isha insisted on me getting them longer because that would be prettier. at that point, i just wanted my hair done & i didnt care so i went with it. it took like five hours. my braids were not braided all the way down even though two people were in my head at one point. they use this cheap, itchy kanekalon that i can't stand to even have touch my shoulders. and it has only been two weeks since my appointment but my braids look a month old!! that's the upsetting part!! i agreed to get traditional box braids so they'd last. i paid $200 on box braids so that they'd last!! i DO NOT recommend this shop!!
They messed over my hair. They retwisted my loc and piled lots of Styling gel. They master styling said it was nothing she can do about it
I booked with this business for long box braids ! Owner was very unprofessional!! RUDE! UNORGANIZED, and Unprepared!! Horrible experience I will NEVER return ! The work Was mediocre definitely not worth the money !!! Plus Shop was dirty ! It looked like shop was not clean after the previous day of business!! Smart things were said while doing my hair and those were words of the owner not to mention she was the only person doing my hair !!! I was in her shop from 10:30 to 6pm !!!! Service was extremely slow a complete waste of $250 !!!!! I was rushed to leave but then locked in the shop waiting on my ride when my ride got there she demanded me to stay in shop and for them to bring the money inside I told her no I was going to the car she told me it was my first time coming and she didn’t know if I would pay or not because people ran off with her money before !! Terrible thing to tell a 1st time customer !!!
