I came in asking for a toning treatment to get rid of the brassiness in my hair, yet I left with the exact same brassiness I walked in with. I also asked for layers so I can have a blowout look and I left with barely anything cut off. I showed her a video of exactly what I wanted and I did not get that at all. Then the stylist asked if I wanted beach waves as my style before I left and I agreed. Just for her to give me giant barrel curls that fell within the hour. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, just say that. I basically paid $107 for a style that didn’t even last. Being Christmas time, that’s a lot of money. Every time I told the stylist what I wanted for my hair, she gave me her opinion and she kept saying what she thought was best. That is my biggest pet peeve about stylists. If I come in asking and paying for something, I shouldn’t leave with something else just because what I wanted wasn’t what you wanted. To top everything off, when you pay at Jean Arthur, there is a receptionist there to do the transaction. My stylist went up to the desk with me and the receptionist asked out loud how much I wanted to tip and the stylist stared at me waiting for me to say something. I felt so uncomfortable like I had to tip a lot because she was standing right there. The whole experience was awful. I won’t be returning.

Tania is some amazing...always top level coloring and can talk with you like you have been friends for 20 years.

Very unprofessional at scheduling appointments. Had an appointment booked, told me the hair dresser was sick, booked me with a different hair dresser just for that one to be sick as well.

Love this place! Very friendly staff!! And very clean too! Always great sales on shampoos hair products purses clothes ect. They do a great job on my daughter's eyebrows also I highly recommend trying this place out

Alyssa at Jean Arthur is AMAZING for kids cuts. She was so sweet to our 18 month old & was super flexible during the cut. She let us hold him, try the booster, swap parents, etc. whatever it took to achieve the haircut. We will definitely be back!

Went to this location thinking I would get a good cut. Won’t be back. I’m accustomed to paying a price for a good cut. When they don’t ask to lower the mask , you know the sides aren’t getting cut properly. I had to keep asking to trim, b/c she was missing it.

For my first time, this salon is absolutely gorgeous! Very nice atmosphere and Meredith was amazing!!! She did a wonderful job with my coloring and cut! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
