Best TL Reviews
The tech didn’t barely talk to me. She didn’t give direction on what I was supposed to do and then when I’d ask questions she would give a little laugh like I should know. She was talking to the other tech and was using the buffer block and it ripped up my skin. It hurt so bad and the lotion burned my wounds. I didn’t even realize how bad it was until it scabbed over and these were nails for my sisters wedding. I would have given only one star but for the fact that they really did come out cute. I was incredibly disappointed with the service though.
Worst nail salon. The girl that did my nails took forever and got acrylic all over my fingers. The nail started lifting after I left. I went back and the owner Jenny wanted me to wait an hour until all the clients were taken care of to fix my nails. Do not go here. Very unprofessional and they don’t care about the quality of their work.
LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My first time visiting this nail salon to receive what should be considered a simple service such as removal of acrylic turned into a needless back and forth.
I called prior to my arrival. The front desk person stated that gel polish and shellac removal is $10 while removal of fake nails/acrylic is $20. I explained on the phone that I had natural, short nails and acrylic, no extensions on my nails. Upon arrival the same person who I spoke with on the phone states "that's a pink and white dip it's $20", I said "not a dip, it's acrylic" she then proceeded very rudely I might add to argue with me about it being a dip, almost in an accusatory manner. I said once more, no I know what a dip is and I didn't have that done, it's acrylic yes on natural nails.
My thing is if it's $20 bucks fine, That wasn't an issue. But do not insist you're correct when you're clearly not about a service I received from another nail salon. All this and then she proceeds to talk with the customer who she was servicing about me, as if I wasn't there.
"I've been doing this for years, I can tell by the color, we have customers who come in and don't know what they had done". You literally talked yourself out of a future customer. While I had also considered getting my nails done after the removal after such an unpleasant introduction, I changed my mind immediately. Such a disappointment to say the least. Trust, that I'll be sure to never recommend your business. Professionalism is clearly lacking from this establishment.
I have been to this shop many times and go regularly, everyone has always been courteous and professional and the work I have had done has always been amazing and well worth it :)

Always a delightful experience! I love Jenny and the whole staff! Special shouts to Miranda( my fav) and Ashley ! They will make your experience worth while ! All smiles here every time!
Very friendly and professional. They are quite efficient and meticulous with their work.
Update: I go to Jenny Nails for various pedicures I have NOT had a manicure there... Until today. I got a simple mani for Jenny herself. Such care and detail, the customer is in wonderful hands when with Jenny. In fact, the nail staff here are all marvelous. ❤️
Terrible and painful experience. After I waited for over an hour, the lady doing my nails (station 4) was rushing and being so aggressive. She acted like I was such an inconvenience and was bending my fingers in ways I didn’t know they could bend. She used the electric nail file to get rid of my cuticles AND the skin (yes I said skin) around my nails. The file got so hot and was burning my nails the entire time. I left with cuts around all my nails and even after the next day they are still burning since my skin was removed with an electric file. If this was her way of saying dont came back, you don’t have to tell me twice.
