Quick Facts About K-Nails
K-Nails Place is a nail salon that has received several negative comments from dissatisfied customers. These comments highlight various weaknesses of the salon, such as poor customer service, unskilled technicians, rushed services, and unsanitary conditions. However, there may also be some strengths mentioned that could potentially be built upon.
One of the most common complaints from customers is the poor customer service at K-Nails Place. Multiple comments mention rude and unfriendly staff members who did not listen to customer requests or concerns. This can greatly impact the overall experience for customers and create a negative impression of the salon. Improving customer service by training staff members to be more attentive, friendly, and accommodating could significantly enhance the reputation of K-Nails Place.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of skill and attention to detail by some technicians. Customers have reported uneven nail filing, sloppy nail painting, and rough finishes. These quality issues can make customers feel unsatisfied and question the expertise of the salon. K-Nails Place should consider implementing efficient appointment scheduling and ensuring technicians have enough time to complete each service properly. Additionally, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment can contribute to a positive experience for customers.
Cleanliness and hygiene are crucial factors for a nail salon, yet multiple comments highlight concerns about dirty and unsanitary conditions at K-Nails Place. This could potentially lead to health issues and further damage the salon's reputation. Improving cleanliness standards, regularly disinfecting tools, and maintaining a clean environment will help address this weakness and ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers.
One positive comment mentioned Joann, who was praised for her skills with lashes. This comment indicates that there may be some talented technicians at K-Nails Place. Recognizing and promoting the strengths of individual staff members can help attract and retain customers who specifically seek those services. These weaknesses include poor customer service, unskilled technicians, rushed services, and unsanitary conditions. However, there may also be some strengths mentioned, such as talented technicians in specific areas. Addressing these weaknesses and building upon the strengths through proper training, improved customer service, time management, and cleanliness standards can help transform K-Nails Place into a more reputable and successful nail salon.

So this was my first time going to k nails. I will say that Ms Tina was very sweet and kind when I first sat down. When we were done I saw a lot wrong. She didn’t file my toe nails saying they were to “short” any other place I’ve been filed them no problem! She didn’t clean up my toes as you can see in the pictures. The paint looks like my 4 year old did it. When I asked for it to be fixed she had the nastiest attitude! I didn’t even ask for my money back I left. I would NOT recommend this place ! Nor will I ever go back.
I got a French manicure today that looks no where near natural. I asked for an American manicure & he said they don’t do. He wouldn’t even listen to me explain what an American manicure looks like. When I got home I had to file a lot of rough nail ends & he was on the phone the entire time I was there. And he was very rude to customers that called for an appointment during my manicure. He never asked me was I happy w/ the results. He just did his own thing. I’ll never go back. Wish they wore name tags.
I was the last customer in there Monday I felt rushed out! I thought they closed at 7:30 ! Was told to sit there 10 minutes and my nails would be dry. And of course they weren't and the polish is already wearing off?For the money and a good tip I left could of gotten better service! Had a pedicure also and she done it so quick my feet doesn't feel like anything was done to them,as they are still rough!
I went there for my bday to get a full set and pedicure. The old lady was
Rude and act like she didn’t want to do my services. I told her while doing my nails that what she was doing was going to cause my nails to break they were so flimsy. She told me to come back and she’ll fix it. I don’t even live in the area I live an hour and 30 minutes away. The service was horrible and she cut my skin several times with the drill. I ended the service and told her to just put clear polish on it I’ll go somewhere that I’m welcomed. I will never return there. I stopped going to chop shops like this a long time ago I’ll never go back there. They like
Black money but don’t like black people.
Joann is great with the lashes but the customer service is terrible. They only stick to appointments if it’s someone that comes often. I had an appointment and still waited an hour while they serviced walk-ins.
Horrible service. I don’t recommend to anyone. I went today for a pedicure and usually after the polish, the stylist will put a clear coat on top your toes. The woman who did my toes did not, and when I asked her about it she said “Oh again?” As if she already did when she clearly did not. Then she only put clear coat on one of my feet, and when I held up the other foot she just walked off. She did not clean up around my toes at all. Very sloppy job.
I usually don't go to nail salons, so I was a little unsure about what I wanted. It took me 5 minutes to explain to the nail tech what I wanted. I could tell she was getting annoyed with me, and she tried to make me hurry up and select a nail color. The pedicure went fine, but things went South with the acrylic overlay manicure. She knicked my right thumb nail bed, which began to sting when she applied the chemicals and began to bleed. When I snatched my hand away and clearly said "Ouch!", she responded, "Okay, gimme" and took my hand back to finish the job. Since I got hurt, I became tense throughout the remainder of the job. She gave me the driest apology EVER (probably because I kept mentioning my hurt finger) and told me that I HURT MYSELF BECAUSE I WOULDN'T RELAX! She became very annoyed at me at this point and did a poor job finishing my manicure, leaving hardened acrylic paste underneath TWO of my fingernails! I'm nervous about nail salons because of experiences like this, and she made it WORSE. I don't care about the bells and whistles. I just want clean, healthy nails and decent customer service PAIN FREE!
Went there to do my lashes and brow waxing. Wouldn’t recommend place. After they removed my lash extensions all my natural lashes were gone , also waxed my brows and totally messed up my right brow. Dirty , unfriendly
