The gentleman was very nice and did a great professional job. I was a walking client at the end of the day and I barely had time to pick up my nail polish before they got me in. They did a wonderful job.
My daughter had a good experience with her pedicure tech lady (friendly, polite, checked in to confirm color and such), but my male tech did not communicate with me and seemed to go through the motions rather than actually removing dried skin or doing a massage. Based on this one experience, I cannot recommend.
40 minutes behind schedule... my mom and I requested the same treatment, her pedicure took 25 minutes more than mine but we were charged the same price... and somehow I got a pedicure with no lotion.... not even sure how that's a thing?! When I asked was told no, we got the exact same treatment.... very clearly not... it's not our fault you were overbooked and understaffed... if you charge for something it needs to be equitable.
We walked in on Memorial Day Weekend Sunday 10 min before they open... they were already busy, but accommodated us. I am pretty happy with my dip power manicure. It is amazing that we have a nail salon in South Haven that is open 7 days a week!!!
Kathy did a great job on my acrylic nails. She was very polite, efficient and my nails and polish were perfect! Thank you for the great service. Very busy place…good to make an appointment. When traveling through, I’ll definitely be back!
not the best in south haven but not the worst. i’d only go back if top nails across the street isn’t available.
The young lady that did my nails did a very good job!! Only thing i didn't like was i had a nail that broke and she cut my real nail down lol...i didn't tell her she could do that! Before i new it she had clipped my real nail down really low. Don't get me wrong she did my nails better than any other nail place i have been to in south haven.
Kathy and Nancy were both very kind and sweet. But I would avoid one of the male nail technicians! I did not get his name. Luckily my mom had a great experience with her tech but my nail technician, was incredibly rude. I am pleased with the gel manicure however I would not return because of his rudeness. I have had many mani pedis in the past at various places and so far he is the ONLY technician who seemed attitudinal when I politely mentioned I didn't like the first color he used (he had only painted 1 nail) I make it a point to be polite. I even tried to quickly look through the gel colors for a new color I'd like and took no more than five minutes to do so. He did not offer help or advice or even patience - he instead stood up and said I could sit in an unused chair until I made up my mind and he would then help me later after he helped a new customer because I was taking too long. He said he had too many people waiting and I was holding him up. After he finished my nails he didn't say thank you, have a nice day , or any parting greeting he just ignored me as I left.
