They always have a bad attitude and when I requested for a specific person to do my eyebrows she said no! She told me to go to another person even though I was willing to wait. I should have left after but I stayed and got my eyebrows done with another lady. They never do the eyebrows even. I would not recommend

This place is a hit or miss. I’ve been coming here for years and there’s rarely a familiar face. 9/10 the person messes up my face.

I just left after another new person’s service. I asked her not to shape them bc I’m growing them out, only clean them up. She not only reiterated what I asked for, she thinned my brows!!! & left stragglers all over my lid, also did not trim.

After many years of this, I have lost hope and belief in this place.

Awful experience, first time coming here in 1 year and my eyebrows came out super thin!! I would not recommend it you want to keep your eyebrows stay away from this place.

Been going here for the last couple of years it's quick they do a great job and it's a good deal. I love this place and go religious every 2 weeks. The few times I've gone to other places I'm never as happy.

I am very particular about my eyebrows. I have lived here for 3 years and for 2 1/2 of those three years I have been trying to find someone I trust to do my brows. The other places I have been always seem to lopsided them. Threading hurts a little more than waxing, but the result is worth it, Perfect every time no matter who here does them. Plus, with my eyebrows constantly trying to take over my face I need somewhere I can afford to go every month. $6 for perfect eyebrows is ideal. They are not overly bubbly, it's usually quiet in there, but they aren't rude, just quiet. I don't mind, especially with the result!

Used to come here exclusively. Lately the service isn't as great. Younger threader always seems like she's in a bad mood. Job isn't as clean and her technique isn't as pleasant. Wouldn't come to do any other part of your face outside of brows and that's only if you don't have an option. Used to come here bc of the technique. They've lost it and tug/scrape your skin too much when threading (probably bc they rush). I actually noticed slight bleeding after the fact. Spots of blood. i will likely only ever come back if I'm desperate for brows.

I usually go to a threading place on El Camino and it was closing. I remember this place from going to other stores in this complex. I'm really pleased that I remembered it because I will definitely come here instead. An eyebrow threading is only $7. There was a line of people ahead of me so that is a good sign. The woman who did my brows did an excellent job. I said I just wanted a clean up and to keep the shape.
