I love Kelly’s nails Ive been shopping with them for over 10 years now and they have punch cards so once shop with them the punch card help you save a lot on your purchase. ???????? Highly recommend

My daughter just had her nails done there 2 days ago and 2 of her nails have completely came off. She was scratching her head when 1 of them came off just now. I be damned if I ever take her back there again. It’s money down the drain now I will have to take her to get them fixed. I shouldn’t have to do that! It’s bs I have to pay extra money to get them fixed. I be damned if I waste my money at that place again.

They are one of the best places with a pleasant atmosphere and experienced technicians working there got a pedicure, manicure, eyebrows waxed, and lashes applied.

Does not even deserve one star. Went in on a Friday evening to get my daughter and I pedicures. When we went to choose our polish, there were ants crawling ALL over the wall. Gross! Then I asked the woman in the first chair near the sign in desk how long the wait would be and she just said “long” ...not even an estimate like 15 minutes, 20 minutes, an hour...nothing...just “long”

I put our polish on the counter and got the heck out of there.

Do not waste your hard earned money I can't name about 5 other places with better quality and definitely better customer service. They lie and tell you they can do certain designs just to get you to stay then by the time you're leaving the nails are chipping they don't put clear cost on too to protect the nails and any glitter comes off in less than 20 minutes and they have the nerve to have smart mouth and bad attitude when you ask them anything I will never go here again and give them the money I work so hard for
