I was glad the store had everything I was looking for, but I felt uncomfortable as I told the owner that I no longer wanted to purchase a shirt that was $22 I could sense that she took that personally, her demeanor changed. It’s almost as if she’s desperately trying to make money by insisting I make a purchase that I don’t really want because her store is making poor sales
The ladies at this store were just amazing. They seen I was having trouble looking for something and one had came right away and helped me get what I need. Very professional and great customer service
This is the worst store I have EVER been in. I walked in to purchase hair beads and as I'm looking at the beads the owner walks up behind me and stands there. I turn around and he ask can he help me. I said no I just came to get beads. Well as I'm looking I noticed that he's just standing there staring at me. I asked what was he doing and he said
waiting on you. I said I told you I don't need any help. He said my job is to stand here and watch you since you have a big purse. I said excuse me. Then I said ok I understand and I will go by my beads somewhere else. I told him I don't need anyone watching me and I walked out. Just because I'm black with a big purse doesn't mean I steal.
Store is small and tight, but they are so helpful and have everything I asked for.
Never shopping there again. It's been years since I've visited this store and now I remember why. The owner is very rude, she watches you like a hawk when you're trying to shop and rushes you to buy something. I was looking for an item and she was arguing with a customer. Never again, I'm done for real this time. Surprise they're still open.
