My nail tech Lily was exceptional. Nice clean work & very polite & sweet, despite her limited English. She made a strong effort to communicate.
My only issue was with the male tech who "greeted" me when I came in. I informed him I had an appt & was 1st time there. He kind of brushed off & told me to go pick color for my dip off the wall. Again, this was 1st time there, I had no clue which wall he was referring. He repeated to me to go pick my color in a stronger rude voice. I kept my calm & verified which wall & went to pick out my color without further instructions or comments on how their process worked. I asked another lady for help & was nicely informed & seated by Lily to get nails done. I don't know who the male tech was, but if I return, I will def not be going to him. He hs horrendous people skills. The only other issue was the sample shade of my dip powder was darker than my actual result, but that wasn't a real problem for me, as Lily's work was exceptional. Highly recommend she be requested.
Will not go back, left very disappointed when art colors did not match the rest of the nails. I specifically asked for dark green, got sage green. And my ring finger ended up dark grey-didn’t match one another or what I requested. I did not make a fuss as they were super busy and felt it would be an imposition since she was bouncing between me and another customer. Also at one point she said all done and hadn’t don’t the white stripes either-she added those and then didn’t oil my cuticals-which isn’t a huge deal but just added to the disappointment in service. Mostly sad that this was supposed to be a treat for myself and instead I wish I’d hadn’t even gone in. Adding photos that I used to show what I wanted in comparison to what I got. Sadly, I would not recommend.
pedicure was great, dip manicure was not! if you do choose to go to this nail salon, do not let the male owner (kim’s husband) do your nails!! he did my nails in about 15-20 minutes and complained about the “design” i wanted the whole time - i got purple french tips… it has only been 3 days since getting said nails & two of them have chipped off while 4 of them are starting to come off. worst nail salon experience i’ve had.

The Best place in town. The staff is the best , they are so Friendly & Caring. Kim & Jow are the Greastest people!! The only place I will go .
Thought it was a good place to get my nails done. Really liked Lily she did a great job. My last set of nails lasted along with design with no problem even after working with concrete. Love the owners and the environment.
One of the best pedicures I have had and my daughter's nails are beautiful.
Awesome and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Very clean. Both times I've been here they've done a wonderful job on my nails! ????
