This place is NOT good! I asked for dip polish, I got gel... I was charged 100 dollars for a mani and full set. The tech made me bleed because she was rushing and too rough. My nails are uneven, they didn't ask me what shape I wanted and they were not friendly at all. If you don't want to offer decent service, just SHUT YOUR DOORS!
They didn’t have the colors they actually had selections of. I got gel, spent 40 bucks only for it to peel off in 4 days after taking a shower. Just don’t use polish if it’s expired or not working well??
Giving three stars because I come here often. I do like the techs but i did see one of them giving hella attitude to a client. There is a big language barrier issue and I see how frustrating comes to play. As for myself I got a pedicure and it was amazing. My tech was nice and agreed on the language barrier issue. But now that I’m home taking my shoes off I noticed one foot is glossy and the other is matte (not glossy) ???????? I’m upset because it was my day off and if I try going back I know they’re about to be upset if I tell them to add gloss. Lots has changed since I was like 15 , I’m now 30 and I’m loyal to them but yeah…many stuff changed.
Worst experience ever. They did not know how to do an ombré nor make the nail sizes the same size. I went to treat my sister for them to charged me $80 just to mess my sisters up and then want to argue about give a refund. To get them fix or to get a refund they told us we have to wait because they messed up her nails. We were there for 2 and half hours. They were not busy and we got in fast but now I see why nobody goes here. After they messed up my sister nails they messed up the person nails right after her. Please be aware!!! We will never be going back her again. Plus the person who did my nails were very rough. Please save your time and money!! Please. Check reviews before you go here!
They also like to tell you are wrong and they smacked my sisters hands telling not to move. They were very unprofessional and the guy kept telling my sister it was the color but my ombré came out nice except for them being rough and making my nails bleed.

If it was something less than 1 star i could give i would. My first experience here was horrible, the nail lady was super rude, super rough, she asked me "was this my first time getting my nails done" & i asked her " was this her first time doing so".
she kept burning my nails because she had the buffer on super high, she kept hitting my nails because she was rushing & i was literally the ONLY person in there it was 12 employees just sitting around, so i was confused about the rush. 1 week later my nails were coming off, I decided to call the nail shop. I asked if i can speak with the owner or the manager this person stated no one was available to speak, i asked if i can speak to someone other than himself he refuse, he then tells me that i am on speaker & customer can hear me, i stated it was unprofessional AND THE CUSTOMER STARTED TALKING TO ME ON THE PHONEi cant make this up!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WHERE OUR DOLLAR IS RESPECTED!!!
Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They were not friendly, which is fine, I’m happy to browse my phone. The place is run down and my chair was weirdly lopsided. But I could have done a far superior job sitting on my couch. Which I will probably have to do later anyway to fix this mess. Just simply go somewhere else. Waste of money.
I have frequented this establishment for many years on a regular basis. This was my first time with Shaun…I won’t see another nail tech. HES THE BEST (and I’m a harsh critic)!! Thank you, Shaun for the best service! My nails look amazing!!!
A lady did my pedi which I thought she was really quick but I didn’t say anything. As she started to polish I noticed lumps and not a smooth setting. She corrected the big toe’s. They seemed to be fine but when I get home I noticed the same. I couldn’t go back that same day so I went early the next morning and they were very rude, told me they were not going to fix anything. After me telling them a few times that I see why customers have talked to them the way they have before as they have no customer service. Needless to say a young man changed the polish told me I had to keep the same color which obviously that polish was old and my polish was the same lumpy. I will not return for anything there.
