Worst Place Ever in the State of Indiana for Customer Service....The TECHNICAN was waiting on a client that never showed up for at least 30 minutes, the sign says first come first service on the door. However...when I mention how the long waiting happened before and every time I come here, I never get any service done. I said...I won't come back anymore....she replied," Please Don't !!!! The picture displays her having no customers and still refusing to provide service.
I 100 percent love LA Nails I couldn’t be more happy . Great price great service and Paula is such a beautiful inspiring person . She fixed my jacked up nails tht were done by another place .

My daughter and I enjoyed our service. We were the only 2 there so it was kinda quick. I do recommend you calling for the wait time and/or setting an appointment because there's only 1-2 nail techs on site majority of the time. BUT all in all, I have yet to have a bad experience whenever I come here!
Although I would never get my nails done in Indiana, due to last minute reasons and crowding of my favorite Chicago salons I ended up trying here. I called in advance and the woman told me to come in. Only for me to get there and pretend as if she didn’t see me knocking on the door and window. I mean she legit looked up at me, looked back down, and ignored my knocks. Lol just pure, blatant ignorance. Save your money and go else where!
I love getting my manicures and pedicures here. This is my regular place and I have a nice relationship with the lady. I really enjoy going here.
You can only make appointments to get in but they never answer the phone. Or answer the door when you knock on it. Stupid. This the 3rd time I've tried to go.
I just tried to come here. Their open signs are on and the times on the door says they are open. Its 3pm on a Thursday. The door is locked. There's a lady inside doing someones nails so I knocked and she rudely shooed me away. Glad I didn't get to give her my money.
