Quick Facts About L T Nails
L T Nails has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The strengths include fast service, friendly staff, a nice atmosphere, and technicians who follow CDC guidelines and use sanitizer. On the other hand, the weaknesses include a strong chemical smell, long wait times for appointments, inconsistent quality of work, and preferential treatment for certain customers.
Starting with the strengths, many customers mentioned the fast service provided by L T Nails. This indicates that the salon is efficient and able to accommodate customers in a timely manner, which is important in a busy industry. Additionally, several comments mentioned the friendliness and politeness of the staff, particularly the owner and technicians named Jenni, Nikki, and Danny. It is evident that they create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Another strength mentioned is the nice atmosphere of the salon, which contributes to a pleasant overall experience. Furthermore, the fact that the salon follows CDC guidelines, such as wearing masks and using sanitizer, shows a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers.
However, there are also several weaknesses that have been identified. One prominent weakness is the strong chemical smell experienced by customers. This can be off-putting and affect the overall experience. It may be necessary for the salon to find ways to improve air quality or use less overpowering chemicals to address this issue. Another weakness mentioned by customers is the long wait times for service, even after being called for an appointment. This suggests a lack of proper scheduling or time management, which can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction among customers.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the inconsistency in the quality of work. While some customers praised the salon for doing a wonderful job, others had issues with amateurs performing their nails, uneven lengths, polish on cuticles, and streaky top coats. This indicates a lack of consistency and quality control in the services provided. Additionally, one customer mentioned that their cuticles were cut on three separate occasions by the drill, indicating a lack of proper technique and care. This shows a need for improved training and skill development among the technicians.
Furthermore, a customer expressed discontent with the extra charge for a coffin shape, as they believed it was a simple modification that should not warrant an additional fee. This suggests a lack of transparency and fairness in pricing, which can lead to customer dissatisfaction. Another customer mentioned that their finger was cut during the service, highlighting a potential safety issue or lack of attention to detail.
Lastly, one customer mentioned preferential treatment towards certain customers, as they observed that people without appointments were serviced before them. This practice is seen as unprofessional and unfair, as it disregards the value of appointments and undermines the credibility and integrity of the salon.
In conclusion, L T Nails has several strengths such as fast service, friendly staff, a nice atmosphere, and adherence to CDC guidelines. However, the salon also has weaknesses including a strong chemical smell, long wait times, inconsistency in the quality of work, transparency issues with pricing, safety concerns, and preferential treatment of certain customers. To improve, L T Nails should address these weaknesses by improving air quality, optimizing scheduling and time management, enhancing training and skill development for technicians, ensuring transparency in pricing, prioritizing safety and attention to detail, and treating all customers fairly and equally.

Very fast service. The man was very nice and polite. There was a very strong chemical smell that was somewhat unbearable. Would suggest to make it smell a little better. Overall nice service!

Nice atmosphere.ended to this shop
I have been going here for about 2 months I don't like the long wait for service, even after they call you for your appointment, you still have to wait a long time to be serviced. Once they get you in there and they get started they do a wonderful job. I only had a problem with my nails one time
I came here because all my college friends have and their nails looked great, so I figured ok cool...I’ll go and see what’s it’s about.
Well I guess I just let the wrong person do my nails, they look so amateur and the lengths aren’t even. It’s polish all over my cuticles and they are sore. The surface is uneven and the top coat is streaky. Also, my cuticles were cut on three occasions by the drill. I paid $45 for my nails because I got a coffin shape (which fyi you don’t need to charge $10 extra for it, all you do is cut the plastic tip before adding acylic on to it and then file it that way). I guess the guy was doing so horribly, the lady in there had to come and file my nails into a coffin shape for me and that hurt. I don’t mind paying for good nails. I’m from Atlanta and I always pay $40 & up for my nails but these are trash. Don’t let him do anyone else’s nails until he knows what he is doing! Not going back ever again.
The lady cut my finger and the polish was not smooth. 3 nails on my right hand had dips in the polish. Almost looks like spots were missed. It was difficult to angle it right for the camera to pick up. The tip was taken about a week and a half after my visit. The 3 stars are because the best part was the hand massage! She did awesome. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name.
Love love love this place...... This is the only nail shop to go to.... They never disappoint
Everyone works at LT Nails does great work & always speaking to each individual. I love how they call their customers by names. Jenni, Nikki and Danny are definitely the “BEST” nail technicians. When one of three do your nails best believe they last a very long time. LT Nails follow all CDC guidelines wearing masks is required and use of sanitizer.
If I can give negative stars...I would. I came in and three people were serviced before me and they didn't even have appointments like I did. They serviced people who they know first. In a "professional business" as it should be...that should never happen. The only two people who are saving that sinking ship is Nikki and Jenni.
