Employees were very kind and accommodating to me and my grandmother when we walked in for mani-pedis. Very skilled, were both very pleased. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who did my full set but he did the best acrylics I've ever had. They're balanced, perfect shape and length, and just stunning.
The nails I got done today are by far the best I have ever got done from anywhere! They’re beautiful!! They were very kind and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I went in this morning without an appointment and they took me right away..Will definitely be going back again!!
I usually go here & one other place & 9/10 times I love my nails. It does depend on WHO does them tho. Last time was phenomenal. She did my toes to match, also adorable. It's been 2 weeks since they've been done & none have broken. I suggest going earlier in the day as they get super busy but do take walk ins and wait time isn't too bad but can be lengthy at times. I'm there at least 2 hrs for a fill with special designs/colors and pedicure.
Always get my nail done there. Deluxe pedicure love them, they are worth the money. Wouldn't caught me anywhere else.
Okay, i went to this place later in the day, the lady was very very rough with my fingers. she was pulling me around. she bent my fingers in many different ways that hurt badly. she has longer finger nails that were pressed into my skin as she was painting. when she drill the cuticle she cut my skin, i was then bleeding. when i went to wash my hands the water burned my fingers. when she then painted my nails (i got gel by the way) paint was all over my cuticles. it was very streaky. she had a second coat which took out the streakiness. again polish was all over the skin and cuticle. the shape was very good though. she did know exactly how to do what she does. she did a very well job with the shaping the nail and applying the acrylic. the paint wasn’t very good. i do love the shape though. very smooth.
They quoted me a price, then charged me more. Elderly associate, plus you not talk in your language around me when I don't know what you're saying, it's very rude. All I wanted was a gel manicure and she told me she would put teeny tips on for $25 and I said that's fine I can do $25 and it wasn't $25 it was $48 ????
I came here a year ago with friends and had a great experience. Fast forward to now, a friend and I arrived to get pedicures after a long, exhausting week at work. My pedicure was done within 10-15 minutes. The massage part was effortless and it felt as if she was petting my feet. As she was painting my toenails, I was watching her.. there was a white hair she tried to remove with her nails and then ended up just painting over it. I waited to see if it looked ok and I had 2 chips on it from when she tried to fix it. So then I asked nicely and the lady doing my friends fixed it. Then as I’m drying, I notice a mark on it that looked as if it was discolored. So I became frustrated and asked AGAIN to have a top coat on. I sit and let it dry for recommended time. The next morning, my toenails were a mess. So do I drive 30 minutes to have them fix them on my day off (which I value working 60 hours a week) or do I paint them myself? I painted them myself, needless to say. I was very disappointed in this service. I’ll be paying the extra $3 at another salon to receive better service rather than coming here because the prices are a tiny bit cheaper. My advice is, take your time and be more friendly to your customers to ensure quality customer service. Customer service is EVERYTHING for a business!!!! I’m usually not the one to complain but wow I was so stunned. I could’ve raised hell in there but I was polite and didn’t cause a scene like most women do. I see other reviews that can agree with me as well with being rude and rushing your service. Do better or risk your business..
They really disappointed me and I wont be back. I usually never leave bad reviews and 90 percent of my reviews on here were good reviews in general but them trying to hurry up on my nails and didnt give me what I asked for really pushed me to giving them a bad review, my nails are crooked and the nail polish was applied poorly. I will be taking pictures and putting them on google so everyone can see what I mean. I just had my nails done 2 hours ago and I will be calling my normal gal to fix them first thing in the morning. I'm so disappointed. I will never go to candy nails/ European nails again.
