Quick Facts About Nails New Concept

Strengths:
1. Quick service: The first comment mentions that the nail technician was able to complete a manicure and gel nail polish in just 30 minutes. This demonstrates that the salon is efficient and can accommodate customers who are short on time.
2. Positive customer reviews: The second comment shows a satisfied customer who is thrilled with their nails. This indicates that the salon is capable of delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction.
3. Skillful nail designs: The fourth comment mentions that one of the nail technicians, Linda, does amazing nail designs. This highlights the talent and creativity of the staff, which can attract customers looking for unique and creative nail art.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor customer service: The third comment describes a negative experience with an employee named Yoga. The customer claims that Yoga was hostile and blamed her for the short and painful nails. This indicates a lack of professionalism and customer care on the part of the employee.
2. Inconsistent quality: The fifth comment expresses disappointment with the gel manicure. The customer mentions that four of her nails chipped just three days after getting them done. This suggests that the salon may have issues with quality control and consistency in providing long-lasting results.
3. Miscommunication and unprofessional behavior: The sixth comment highlights a misunderstanding during a phone call, where the customer felt that the employees were unprofessional and laughed at her mistake. This suggests a lack of effective communication and professionalism within the salon.
4. Price discrepancies: The final comment mentions that the customer was charged double the advertised price for a gel refill because her nails were longer and stiletto-shaped. This indicates a lack of transparency in pricing and raises concerns about potential price gouging practices.
Recommendations:
1. Improve customer service training: It is crucial for the salon to invest in customer service training for their employees, ensuring that they are friendly, professional, and able to handle customer complaints or concerns effectively.
2. Enhance quality control measures: The salon should establish quality control measures to ensure that all nail services meet a certain standard, delivering long-lasting and chip-free results.
3. Improve communication and professionalism: Employees should be trained to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring they feel valued and respected. Laughing or making a customer feel uncomfortable should never be tolerated.
4. Transparent pricing: The salon should clearly communicate any additional fees or charges to customers before providing the service. Signs and pricing lists should be accurate and reflect the actual costs to avoid any misunderstandings or feelings of being overcharged.
Overall, Nails New Concept place has strengths in terms of quick service and positive customer reviews. However, they need to address weaknesses in customer service, quality control, communication, and pricing transparency to improve the overall customer experience.

Best TL Reviews

It's been 10 days since I've done my nails here. It took girl only 30 min for mani and gel nail polish. I think it's a good result
I am so luving my nails! Two enthusiastic thumbs up! ????????????
I’m Emmanuel’s wife and I used their services. I have been here several times before and had no problems but this time I called complaining that the person that did my nails had cut them so short that they were painful. I was told to return that day but I informed the person that I was already heading to NJ and I would return the next day. Upon my return I was greeted by a very hostile employee by the name of yoga that tried to blame me for my nails being so short that they were painful. We agreed that I would let them grow out and then I would return to have them done correctly. I came back three weeks later and was told that I waited to late to return and that I would have to pay for a full service! I told her that I waited as I was asked to do and then returned. It took me at least 3 weeks for my nails to grow back beyond the nail beds. I wasn’t even offered to do the service at half price. I spent $45.00 on this service and every time I come and have a manicure and a pedicure cure I spend about $120.00 with tip. They even was allowing this yoga employee to have a say about my service when it was her who messed my nails up!! These weren’t nail tips or gel these were powdered nails. This is a more expensive service and I expected great service. I will never return and will inform all that I know to never use their services again. It’s quite obvious that they aren’t as customer friendly as they want everyone to believe!! They have just lost me as a customer and I will spread the word!! Don’t use Yoga she’s not friendly or service oriented! She didn’t even offer me a beverage!!She allowed her temper to get in the way of business!!
So it's my birthday weekend and my family treated me to a massage at the hands and stone I the plaza. The experience started off nice.. the spa pedicure could be really relaxing but I came unknowingly near closing, and boy did I pay. I was rushed to pay and the second half felt like a rushed frenzy that I couldn't enjoy... For the expense I expected to feel relaxed and I felt that my presence was an inconvenience... I'm not I love with the polish either... I paid for gel but my nails have no shine. It's not a place I would recommend. They changed the colors I asked for also????
Did not take time to let gel nails soak off, and they weren't 100% smooth with new gel. Gel is chipping and ends lifting because poor manicure. Will give another try but not thrilled
Exceptional service, even close to closing time. They didn't rush me, and my nails and feet look incredible. And Linda, one of the nail technicians, does amazing nail designs. This has become my go to spot!
I was really disappointed with my visit and the results. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure with regular polish. First I got confused when I called and said the wrong thing with what I was needing done and they were very unprofessional and laughing in the store. Legit they made a huge deal about it. Then my nails were all the same length and I watched her cut my nails on one hand significantly shorter than the other side. I was still going to refrain from making a review but I got my nails done on Saturday and its only been 3 days and I have 4 fingers with chipped nails. This has never happened before with a gel manicure. Not to mention I paid $68 for everything and I didnt get gel on my toes. My pedicure did turn out great however. I'm surprised this nail salon has such a high rating but maybe it was just bad luck for me. I will not be going back.
They did a beautiful job with my refill. However, beware of price gouging. They have signs up that say a gel refill costs $25 and when I went to pay they charged me $50 because my nails were “longer & stiletto”. This clearly should have been disclosed, that they would charge me double for long nails.
