John is the only one worth seeing. He did a FABULOUS job last time on my pink & white dip. Saw a different lady today. She was nice and did a great job with the length and shape of my nails. Polish (which wasn't what I asked for) was sloppy. She did decent considering I had my 1yr old with me, but if I come back I will make an appointment with John.
Left my nails looking like I did them myself. Sloppy work. Terribly disappointed. My nails are lumpy, you can still see remnants of my last nail polish. Polish is on my skin, nails are filed in various lengths! Just bad! Will have to get my nails redone somewhere else tomorrow $225 later! Not going back…EVER! And not to mention, the staff thinks you can’t tell because it’s another language, but they mocked, stared and laughed and ridiculed a Transgender woman who came in for service. They still took her money though! ???? Not cool!
I came in with my nails in shambles and Cherry sent me out right! I had a bad rebase from another salon. I came in with my acrylics lifting, water/mold on my nails????, and every nail was a different shape. I was in a panic but Cherry assured me I was in good hands and she could repair everything. She sure did! She took the damaged acrylic off without hurting me, cleaned up all the nasty pink mold that had formed on my nails, and completely reshaped my nails so they're the shape I wanted. I left so relieved and happy. Will definitely be back.
The gentleman working today did a good job. I do think the pedicure message was short.
However all the other employees were on their phones way too much. Taking care of personal matter. Left my sister in law in the pedicure chair 4 times to go into the office behind the nail polish rack to take care of personal matters.
The care and attention received by my sister in law vs what I got was completely different cosidering we both got deluxe pedicures sitting side by side.
Not sure I will return, bummer since their color selection for shellac looked quite nice.
Horrible experience. Asked for dip powder manicure. 1st...The guy that did it had hand that didn't operate correctly. His fingers couldn't move. 2nd he cut my nails uneven. 3rd he finished my nails... or so I thought, then ge sanded it all off and tried to start the process to now do a gel manicure... just horrible days later my nails are cracked and top coat is peeling... just horrible 0 stars. Waste of money
Update:
Attached a photo one week update...all nails chipped and breaking...probably because after he placed powder he sanded nails... I want my money back.. horrific experience.
I had my dip nails removed. I came to this salon as it is the closest to my house and not where I get my nails done. Thank God. First off started off by rudely asking where I got my nails done. Then tried to pry them off instead of soaking them off when that didn’t work she started chipping away at the dip right by my cuticle. Then proceeded to have me stick both my hands in a tiny little bowl to soak off the dip that was remaining. Cut all my nails down short and uneven. They were so long and strong when I went in. Left with them short and so weak from soaking in the acetone removal. How is this place even open? Reviews are horrible. I couldn’t imagine paying to have my nails done here
I love this place! Best nail salon in the area, there is never a wait for walk ins, they have plenty of staff ready to do a great job! I’ve been pleased every time! They truly are fantastic and they don’t push for up charges! They just take great care of you!
Mia gave me the best mani/pedi with a fill I have had in ages! Delighted to find soneone so gifted and CARING! Ignore the negative reviews and make an appointment with her!
