L v Nails N Spa

I stopped at this salon today, despite the low reviews. This is partially my fault for not taking other reviews seriously. I asked the lady at the front if they had time to do a pedicure and a full set for me. There were only two other people inside of the salon at the time. They insured insured me they could, and asked me if I could sit down to get a full set first. I told them I needed to get a pedicure for sure done and if they couldn’t do it to let me know because I needed both done. They said it would not be an issue. After the lady began doing my nails, she tried to shape them in an almond form, but it was very lumpy and bumpy. I had to point out several spots where she did not color my nails with polish. She told me she would file it down later, so I waited. Once she claimed she was done with the polish, I again told her there were a ton of space that still needs polish. She did not say anything or fix the issue. I again asked her to please put polish where it was missing and she did so. After she was done, she walked to the checkout and I asked her if she was going to be doing my pedicure. She stated they were closing at seven and she wasn’t going to do it. I told her that they assured me they could do the pedicure and I asked why they weren’t able to do so now. She said they were closing soon and would not have time. I told her that was the whole reason I stayed there, and her and other employees began getting mad at me and telling me they were not doing it and I needed to pay. I did not feel like I needed to pay for the services due to there not being paint on certain parts of the nail, But I did pay $65. I have attached photos of the chipped nail polish right after leaving the salon, and then two hours after leaving the salon. The chrome color flaked off and it now looks terrible. I would not go here at all and if you’re debating it take the bad reviews seriously.

We love going here! We always have a good experience. They always make over my little girl and make her feel so special. Even going next door and getting her something from burger king when she said she was hungry. Their pedicures are my favorite! They are great with designs too. I only wish they took appointments because sometimes the wait can be long if they get really busy.

Been here on vacation, top job and quality for a good price. Work was very nice, clean and tidy, although she knew I wouldn't be back as I was only here on vacation. The nails are also really strong and durable. That would be my nail salon.

Love Ly and Joe. They are the sweetest people. Always go out of their way to make me happy. Love the dip. It last longer. If you are hard on your nails don’t get regular polish or gel. Get the dip. I hate to see people on here complaining about reg polish and gel not lasting long. If you do a lot with your hands, it’s not going to. Ever since I started getting the dip I have no problems. They are very accommodating and professional.

Staff was very courteous but the quality of the manicure I received was very poor. I recognize that I have very short nails. It’s why I decided to start getting regular manicures. But I expected cuticles to be moisturized and trimmed and mail polish to cover my nails and not end up on my skin. Basic stuff that did not happen. This is what my hands look like post manicure at LV Nails.

Lovely experience in the salon this morning. Service of a shellac pedicure was efficient, extremely relaxing and therapeutic. The ladies are also really kind and accommodating, making sure to be gentle because of my broken leg. Very appreciated and I highly recommend this salon.

I got a spa pedicure with my mom and sister. They took their time and everything came out so perfectly. Massage was so nice. Everything was so clean! Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. We’ll definitely be back!!
